He started as Asst.Professor of Neurological Surgery at Govt Medical College,Trivandrum. He joined the Indian Defence Forces as its first Neurosurgeon in the year 1964.He later moved to US and worked as a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Asst.Professor of Neurosurgery till He started Indo American Hospital and has been working as Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon & Professor Emeritus since then.
