4 International Congress of Reconstructive - Aesthetic Genital Surgery & Sexology (RAGSS) Distinguished Colleagues, We will have the 1 st International Congress of Reconstructive Aesthetic Genital Surgery & Sexology (RAGSS) between the dates th September 2018 led by our Society, ISAGSS (International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery and Sexology). We will host numerous national and international specialists in Istanbul who work in sexology and reconstructive aesthetic genital surgery fields and contributing medical, psychological, sexual and social benefits for women. discussed together. It is important that this congress has a multidisciplinary structure built with the collaborations of gynecology, urology, dermatology, psychiatry and plastic surgery branches. On the other hand, it is the first time that sexual dysfunctions and aesthetic reconstructive surgeries will be As it is known, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries for genital area are in fast demand among patients in the world. In recent years, non-surgical colleagues have also been involved in the field as well together with the introduction of non-invasive genital laser, radiofrequency, genital filler injections, PRP and stem cell practices into the market. No matter how many colleagues are interested in the field, they have limited knowledge and experience. Throughout our lives as physicians, our first duty must be to meet the needs of our patients with the right, evidence-based technique and practices, in line with the features of patients taking the do not harm first, contribute in the best way possible afterwards logic as basis. Participant colleagues will be able to observe the multidisciplinary approaches in treatments and will have the chance to experience many novel technologies in this meeting. In the congress programme, sexual dysfunctions of women and men sessions will take part which are not narrated in detail during our medical educations. In this context, vaginismus, dyspareunia, sexual desire and orgasm problems will be handled in the aspects of organic and psychological basis, also the current treatment methods will be discussed. In pre-congress day (September 27 th ), there will be two different courses: Aesthetic Genital Surgery course with practical applications and video presentations, and Sexology course with full of lectures over vaginismus, dyspareunia and orgasmic dysfunctions in women. Colleagues who want to have advanced trainings can also attend to our aesthetic genital surgery hands on courses in Istanbul, dated on 7-9 th of September this year. ( I hope that this unique meeting will be quite fruitful and nice for everyone together with different social programs and special activities to be organized. Participation documents : Participation documents will be given at the end of the congress and from the registration and reservation desk. Participants who will leave early in the congress need to be notified in advance of their registration, reservation and counseling tasks in order to prepare their attendance documents. Invitation Letter : Asking for an invitation letter to get permission from your institutions Invitation letters will be sent by the Congress Organizing Committee.
