3 Dear Colleagues, We are honored to announce you 2nd International Conference for Cosmetology and Cosmetic Gynecology which is going to be held on November 3rd-5th, 2016 at Hilton Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul/Turkey. The conference will be organized by YİSAV which is a non profit NGO and supported by European Society of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Gynecology (ESCORG) and International Society of Cosmetic Gynecology (ISGC). The first International Conference for Cosmetology and Cosmetic Gynecology was also held in Istanbul by us in 2011 and the number of participants was nearly 400. It was very fruitful for everyone. Featuring speakers and participants from all over the world, this congress acts as a platform that provides sample opportunity for researchers, clinicians and professionals to not only share information, but also to establish a network essential for future collaborations. Also we will have an attractive social-cultural program in Istanbul, one of the world s richest UNESCO World Heritage sites. We expect that the coming congress will be a real scientific event for all of us working in that field. We tried to prepare the program to teach the latest techniques to the participants. Therefore you will also see lots of videopresentations in the program. The speakers are carefully chosen and they are eager to teach the techniques to the participants. In the conference we will also accept the oral and poster presentations. Simultaneous translation to/ from English-Turkish-English will be provided. İstanbul, which uniquely spans the two continents of Europe and Asia, acts as a bridge between Western and Eastern Civilizations, is a city that calmly reconciles the traditional with the modern. İstanbul is one of the biggest cities in the world with its history of over 2500 years and wonderful natural scenery. We look forward to welcoming you in İstanbul. 6 Abstracts WHEN PREPARING THE ABSTRACTS, THE FOLLOWING RULES SHOULD BE REGARDED Abstracts must be sent in TURKISH or ENGLISH as online by using the Abstract Module System through the web site. Abstracts submitted without using the Abstract Module System (e.g. via etc.) will be not evaluated. Abstract Submission Deadline: September 10, 2016 Notification of Acceptance/Refusal: September 17, 2016 SPELLING RULES Do not use any academic titles in the abstracts. Abstracts must be written by using the headlines of the objectives, methods, results, conclusions and key words. The entire abstract, title, name, author s name, last name should not exceed 300 words. Names of the authors should be written in lowercase letters with no abbreviation. Only the initial letters must be capitalized. Authors institution s address should be written clearly. Only the initial letter of the abstract title should be capitalized except for the acronyms. If the abstract has acronyms, they should be written openly in the brackets. TIPS FOR THE USE OF ABSTRACT MODULE SYSTEM If you use the Abstract Module System for the first time, register in the system as a new user. You can keep track of your paper in the system with your username and password. PRESENTATION INFORMATION According to evaluation results, e-posters will be demanded from the poster submitters whose abstracts were accepted as posters. In s pertaining to subject, detailed information about uploading e-posters and other details will be given.
