What can you do with lucid dreaming? You should have a clear purpose for your lucid dreams whenever you go to sleep. Every night you may consider what you want to do when you have a lucid dream, and select up to 3 things that you would like to lucid dream about, then work towards getting there by meditating on those 3 things.

Here is a list of some of the things you can do with lucid dreams: Learn the secrets to tap into your hidden powers as you sleep. Discover how to captivate your nightly dreams. Recall important aspects of your dreams. Be able to accurately interpret the meaning of your dreams. Learn how to best utilize your dreams and put them into action to get results. Truly connect with anyone you desire in life. Discover an abundance of wealth. Live out your ideal lifestyle each day. Create the most amazing art, song, book, etc. Visit someone in a dream. Answer any question you might have through a dream. Learn how to interpret your dream premonitions. Discover your spirit guide. Also...

Fly Most people enjoy flying around in dreams. There are different styles of flight that people can use, each with a varied level of success for each individual. Methods such as swimming through the air, Superman style (one arm outstretched), Neo style (both arms at your side), and Airplane style (both arms out) are often used. There are a few methods of getting up into the air, such as simply jumping (you can jump really high in dreams if you believe in it) or imagining a great force pushing you from your feet. Some people summon jetpacks and slip them on to fly. Be creative and dream up your own methods.

Walk Through a Mirror or Wall You can pass through dream objects such as walls, glass, trees, and everything else. Confidence is really the key here. Some variations on going through walls can be going in slowly, wiggling your finger in first, or running quickly into the object and telling yourself you will go through it. Some people particularly like to go through mirrors because of the unpredictable effects this action produces. However, if you tell yourself you will end up at a certain location before passing through a mirror, you can change the dream scene quickly.

Introduction Where do lucid dreams come from? And are they just a figment of your imagination? What if I told you that contrary to common scientific belief, dreams do not just emanate merely from your subconscious? There are many theories about dreams, yet what I am sharing here is only in regards to what I have experienced first hand. Through my recollections, and through recording dreams, and my own results, I can attest that dreams and lucid dreams in particular, go a lot more deeper than most people give them credit for. I have had many dream experiences through what can be classified as dream premonitions, astral dreams, lucid dreams, etc. In my own dreams I usually view myself as an observer and try to learn as much as possible from the dream I m having, regardless of what kind of dream it might be. The truth is that within dreams I don t like to jump into conclusions right away. If I m having a lucid dream I just let it be, and quietly keep that secret to myself per-se as to not disturb the dream and awaken in that moment.

Sometimes I have lucid dreams in which I lose awareness as I continue to dream, and I might regain lucidity or not... but I m okay with that. My overall goal in dreams is to understand them, and if there is some sort of a message that they are delivering, a riddle of some sort, then I seek to understand that message. I understand that everyone is different, and everyone has different goals for their dreams. Some seek to understand them, other seek to make their dreams creative and productive, while others might just seek an adventure or some sort of thrill of having some special power. That s fine with me. In this guide my outlook is not to impose or take anything away from anyone else s style of lucid dreaming, but rather to show my own experiences, my process and what has truly worked for me. It s my hope that you use this information to build a workable process of not just lucid dreaming but in overall dreams so that you can be more productive, creative, and achieve some of your goals that bring good things to yourself and to others. I must add that what is within these pages there are also many great ideas and techniques that have been developed from the great, awesome community of lucid dreamers on the internet. Through sharing notes, experiences, and encouragement with the many wonderful souls we have been able to create an unique experiences for lucid dreamers. I would encourage to participate with others. One of the places where you can find up to the minute information is via our Facebook page: Also, if you d like to find out more about my own unique process that I use, where I really go into detail, you can visit my website: Christian Cee.

What is Lucid Dreaming? In simple terms what a lucid dream means is the process of when you go to sleep and you have a dream in which you gain awareness that you are dreaming. Such dream can last seconds or even up to a hour or more. During this time there is a connection with energy, which perhaps it can be your own energy that you are connecting primarily with, or it can even be an energy beyond from another unknown source. Think of a dream like being an ocean of energy where waves keep coming onto shore. If you had written a message on the sand, it might not be washed away at first but within time (just like within dreaming) it will fade away. When we awaken we might not have any recollection at all of the night s previous dream. In dreams you are able to think outside the box and view things in a manner that you would necessarily be able to view in real life. As you sleep, a new dimension opens, and if this is properly utilized it can lead to a new point of view, a new process of creativity, and productivity. Also, it can just be a lot of fun. In this book, for sake of clarity I m going to refer to our sleeping as last night even though some of us do our sleeping at various times, even during the day. Lucid dreaming is just as strong, and sometimes even stronger during the day as it is at night.

Lucid Dreaming Process One of the most important energies that you need to feel within yourself to be able to lucid dream is that of congruency. You need to be so congruent within your own mind and body that lucid dreaming is possible. You have temporarily suspend disbelief an allow your mind to wonder with a new sense of adventure towards new discoveries. Once you are completely congruent with yourself, and moving beyond regular dreams, then you will realize that it s not a matter of just having lucid dreams for one night only, but it s more of a diligent process, and an adventure that you are embarking upon. A journey that begins with one step at a time. One size does not fit all. There is not a one set process for everyone. Each person discovers what works best for them, and they develop those few techniques, instead of relying on every single lucid dreaming technique that is out there. If you are new to lucid dreaming, then experiment with various lucid dreaming techniques, the process, and ways to attain lucidity and the proper outcome.

Dream Energy You have to set the right energy before you go to sleep. Meditate to things you would like to lucid dream about. Sometimes lucid dreams will come to you when you least expect them. Dreams are best remembered when you awaken right after having one. The longer you sleep after having a dream, the more it drifts away within your memory. On average we spend one to two hours dreaming. Dreams tend to come to us about every 90 minutes of sleep. Your dreams become longer towards the end of the night.

There are five stages of sleep: - 4 stages of NREM (Non-REM) sleep, also called SWS (Slow-Wave Sleep) - 1 stage of REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. The most vivid dreams, and therefore the ones we remember the most, occur during REM sleep (though we dream in other stages too). One sleep cycle is roughly 90 minutes long. NREM Stage 1: The first stage is a transition state between wakefulness and sleep. This is the stage that hypnagogic imagery occurs in. It usually passes into stage 2 within a few minutes. NREM Stage 2: The body gradually shuts down, and brain waves become larger. NREM Stage 3: Usually occurs 30 to 45 minutes after falling asleep the first time. Large, slow delta brain waves are generated. NREM Stage 4: Often called deep sleep or delta sleep. The heart beats the slowest and there is the least brain activity. It is during this stage that sleepwalking usually occurs. After stage 4, the NREM stages reverse and move back to stage 2, and then into REM sleep. REM: During REM sleep, some parts of the brain are nearly as active as while awake. In this stage, your eyes flicker rapidly (hence the acronym Rapid Eye Movement).

Build your Lucid Dream Energy. My dream energy needs to be build up beyond the point that I can literally feel dream waves reaching me as I go to sleep, and I have executed a process within my energy that is open to connect to any other energies as I sleep, including those of lucid dreaming, dream premonitions, lost memory recall, and any other sort of dreams I deemed productive and creative. I have build my own unique dream energy method that I use. This is a method that is applicable to lucid dreaming, dream premonitions, and having overall creative and productive energy in your dream world as well as in your life. I consider it to be a truly unique process that I build from years of my lucid dreaming and dream premonition experiences. I use my own method but I know that there are other specific useful techniques that others can put to use. I will talk more about my method later, but for now I just want to say that there is no such thing as a right wrong way to gain lucidity, as long as what you are doing works for you. Some of the most traditional techniques to gain dream lucidity will be mentioned on this guide. I might use some of these techniques from time to time all depending on what I feel is best at that moment. I think that with experience you will get a sense of what techniques you want to rely upon.

MILD Technique: This technique was created by Dr. Stephen LaBerge. It helps you increase your awareness and ability to incubate your dream. This is similar to auto-suggestion. When you are falling asleep concentrate on your intention to gain awareness. You can repeat a short mantra in your head, such as I will awaken within my dream. Meditate to this mantra, as you allow our thoughts to relax and allow pleasant visuals to float in your mind as you fall to sleep. You may even imagine yourself flying and allow those thoughts to drift into your subconscious as you feel the waves of sleep reaching you. The MILD technique can be practiced when you first go to bed at night, or after you have awakened from a dream. If you practice the MILD technique after you have awakened from a dream, you should first run through the dream to ensure that you remember it. Some people find it helpful to jot down a few notes about their dream in their journal after they ran the dream through their mind at least once.. Once you have recorded your dream, even if it was just to memory, return to sleep and continue to visualize that same dream. It s quite possible that you can regain lucidity and continue having that same dream. Perhaps there is a strong dream visual that you can focus on again and immerse yourself within that visual to once again gain lucidity.

Reality Checks A reality check simply means that you are checking to see if you are indeed dreaming or not. The better known reality checks are: -Pinching yourself. -Test light switches. -If you jump, do you float down? -Do your hands look strange, are a different color, or do they morph? -Can you push your finger through your other hand? -Do you have abnormal powers such as flying, walking through doors, or leaping higher the usual? It helps to often practice your realty checks when not sleeping. If you are in a situation where you cannot do a reality check, if you are out in public for example, try to do one as soon as possible. You can do a reality check very discreetly, such as feeling your fingers to make sure you have five of them. When selecting reality checks, the most important properties are reliability, speed, and discreetness. It is important for a reality check to be fast. It wastes dream time if you have to search around for a book. Plus, it could also give your subconscious more time to produce real-life results, especially if you believe that the check will give real-life results. A reality check should be discreet; it should not draw too much attention. Suddenly jumping in the air or trying to walk through a wall as a reality check could cause embarrassment.

Dream Stabilization Once you are able to lucidly dream, you may find that it is difficult to stay in the dream; for example, you may wake instantly or the dream may start fading which is characterized by loss or degradation of any of the senses, especially visuals. If your dreams fade out (or black out ), you should try these methods before your dream starts fading: Hand rubbing Rub your hands together and concentrate on the rubbing. You should feel the friction and the heat of your hands. If you can concentrate on the feelings that this action generates, your dream is likely to stabilize and cause the dream to become more vivid and detailed, along with some other effects. Spinning You spin around in a dream as you would if you suddenly wanted to feel dizzy in real life. The sensation of movement is the key here to stabilizing the dream. Although many people report success with this, this technique is likely to have some side-effects on the dream, such as finding yourself in a totally different scene. For this reason, this technique is also effective in changing the dream scene. Slowing It Down Some people like to stabilize the dream by slowing downt the tempo, including their actions in the dream, and they focus on a certain element within the dream.

A well known technique to remember more of your dreams is to awaken yourself at certain time intervals through out the night. An alarm clock can be used for this. Every 90 minutes is when dreams mainly occur. An alarm clock can be set every 90 minute intervals from the time you believe you will fall asleep. It helps greatly in keeping a dream journal close to bed. Not only so you can write down your dreams as soon as you awaken, but also it helps when you read or look through your journal prior to going to sleep. Recall the dreams that you had, the energy they brought forth, how they made you feel, and feel that energy again. This can be another form of dream meditation where you allow your thoughts to drift towards your dream energy. It helps greatly if you develop the habit of always knowing where your own inner energy is.

Here are some questions you can answer on your dream journal, voice recorder, or any other way that you have chosen to record dreams: Mood Get cognizant of your feelings. Recall the difference between rage and joyfulness, tranquility and fervor, and as many other emotions. What was the mood like in the dream? Where did that dream take you and what was your first impression of it? Sense Can you sense various textures with your hands? Can you sense through your whole body? What is the weather and climate like? What changes to you see happening within your senses? Visuals Pay close attention to shapes, what size are they? Colors - do they merge or stand out individually? How dim or bright are certain objects and people? Are there hidden things that you cannot see but feel around you?

Do you detect motion around you? What kind of motion? What is the main source of light and how is it streaming? What dimensions can you notice? What sort of morphing of elements are taking place? Hear What can you hear up close, even through whispers? What can you hear from afar? Are there any other frequencies that you can hear more clearly the more you focus on them through your lucid dream? What music can you hear? Can you hear your own voice or thoughts? Sense of smell Just like our other senses, we also have early childhood memories that attain certain sense of smell. Very unique smells bring back long faded memories. What if in a dream you could also smell something that was connected to a memory? A feeling? A discovery?

Sense of taste Are you able to taste anything? This is particularly useful in dreams where you are indulging in foods and drinks. This adds an extra layer to using your five senses within a dream. Taking a breath Breathing is so important in our daily life and I always recommend doing daily breathing exercises. Is this something you can also carry on into a dream? How is the breathing in your dream? Are you able to hold your breath or are you at the other extreme where you feel breathless? And what is causing this? Often times these little things, such as the way we breathe, will give us a clue on what that dream is about, and how we can best interpret it.

Perception What was your overall perception of the dream? Throughout the day Keep a small dream diary notebook with you all the time. It is quite easy to remember a dream during the day and forget about it by the time you get home. Even if you only get a fleeting feeling of a dream during the day, note down as much as you can recall about the dream, and what triggered the memory. Think about your dreams throughout the day and ask yourself What did I dream? Often times I m able to remember parts of my dreams through out my day.

Conclusion The truth about dreams is that dreams are not complete. There are no beginnings and endings in dreams. Dreams are not like a movie that when it ends the credits roll out. A dream will have various images, sounds, feelings, suggestions, riddles, mysteries, and all not being in sync all the time. Therefore when you awaken you will have pieces of a dream, like a puzzle, and you have to reconstruct just what the dream was and what it could possibly mean. Often times my dreams are just like riddles in which I have to figure out their true meanings. Developing your lucid dream skills take practice. And often times there seems to be too much pressure put upon oneself to gain lucidity. It shouldn t be that way. It s not about trying harder, spinning your wheels, and not attaining the desire effect. Lucid dreaming is about opening your sense of adventure, wonderment, and energy to connect with other energies within your dream universe. We need to be humble within dreams and not experience them with a sense of expectancy. A journey of a thousand steps begins with one. If you would like to discover a deeper path way into dream energy, which includes lucid dreaming, I will be sharing my own experiences and ways to get lucidity quicker, you can find out more on my website: www. 7thSpring.com May your best dreams be lucid ones.
