Freedom From Smoking Online This self-paced online program is ideal for off-site employees and those who prefer web-based learning. Employees access modules through a protected website and complete lessons at their convenience, reducing impact on workflow. The program consists of eight modules, each containing several activities. Employees also have access to the FFS Online Community, where support is available through message boards, blogs and other social networking tools. Freedom From Smoking HelpLine The Freedom From Smoking HelpLine offers employees telephone counseling services from certified counselors (RNs and registered respiratory therapists) specializing in smoking cessation. Employees receive four scheduled counseling calls over a four-week period, plus medication counseling. Medication counseling includes eight counseling calls over a 12-week period and a six-month follow-up call. They gave me a quit date. I did everything they told me to do and I have never smoked again. They gave me the tools that showed me when I smoked and why I was smoking. Glady

This option incorporates lectures, group discussion and skills practice to address a range of learning styles. Employees meet in eight sessions over a seven-week period.
