27 CONCLUSION Awaiting a future randomized trial that can answer which is the precise impact of surgery in lung metastases from CRC Lymphadenectomy should be performed in clinical practice and promoted in future studies for: Accurate staging To determine the individual prognosis To decide the optimal adjuvant treatments
