4 I'm very sure you are surprised at the title of this report about germs. Yes, germs are not dangerous on its own. I know this is against the conventional wisdom you have been brought up with. We have all been taught that germs are dangerous and are the causes of so many diseases we have. That is partially true. In this report, I'm going to open your eyes to what can cause a germ to be dangerous. Do you know that what makes germs to be dangerous is the environment that they found themselves in? Yes, the environment creates the dangers that germs exhibit. To understand why the nutritional approach described in the report is so powerful, it is important to learn the basics of how your body works at the cellular level. We live and die at the cellular level!
5 We have being taught that germs are the cause of diseases. Time and advance in science has proven this to be wrong. Even the scientist who first postulated this theory Louis Pasteur stated in his dying words: The Germ is nothing, the environment is everything. But how is that so? In what way is germ nothing and what environment is Louis Pasteur referring to. I'm going to analyze them one after the other. The germs that are being referred to are bacteria, virus, fungus, yeasts and molds. These are the scientific names for types of germs which wrecks havocs in the body. The environment being referred to is the internal body environment which includes the blood stream, the arteries or blood vessels, the colon and every other part that makes up the internal part of the human body. What he is saying in effect is that, if the internal environment of the body is safe, no germ will survive in it. In fact no disease will ever harm the body.
6 I'm going to demonstrate and prove this theory based on what I have learnt from my mentor in two ways. 1. By an illustration. 2. By a scientific explanation in simple terms. Now let's look at an example or an illustration. Assuming you just finished cooking your favourite Egusi soup or porridge Beans and you store it in the freezer. Under the normal cooling system of the refrigerator, when you come back to eat that food 3 days later, it will be very cold and will also retain the original taste it had when you cooked it. All you need to do is dish it out in a pot and warm it up in an oven before eating it. But what happens if on the first day you finished cooking that food, there was a light problem and yet you still kept your Egusi soup or beans in the fridge hoping that the light will come back. Let's assume that you traveled and the light never came back till 10 days later when you came back home. When you open your fridge where these foods are kept what would you see? Here is my guess.
7 First you will be welcome by the offensive smell from the fridge and in addition you will find bacteria, and bugs, and these will keep multiplying in numbers the longer they stay in the fridge as long as there is no cooling. Now the question is; where did all of these germs come from? Remember they did not sneak into the fridge; the door of the fridge was locked. The answer is... "They were always there". However, the environment changed to a more inviting one that makes them to manifest in reality to do damage. This new environment favours and breeds germ. In other words, if the environment of the refrigerator were to remain very cold and unfriendly, they would not come to life to wreak havoc in the first place because they can't survive in a cold environment. In this case, the germs are nothing or powerless under a cold environment. The same thing applies to the human body. Under normal conditions, the millions or billions of micro-organisms that reside within the human body are not dangerous. However, there are body conditions that are healthy, an alkaline body condition. If a body is alkaline, germs will not survive to endanger lives. On the other hand if a body becomes acidic, germs thrives. Acidity in the body is brought about by the toxins accumulated over the years in the body.
8 If you did Chemistry or physics in the secondary school, you will remember there is a topic called "Acid, Base & Salt". In this topic we were taught how to determine an acidic chemical and an alkaline chemical If a substance is tested with a litmus paper and it turns red, it means it is acidic, if it turns blue, it means it's alkaline. If you were not a science student, I'm going to explain this in simple terms. To best explain this, let's take a little journey into our body. To begin with, the blood vessels (arteries) are a tube that transports blood to vital organs such as the heart, the liver, etc. The blood is also your "river of life", because it is via the blood that oxygen and all the nutrients in the foods you eat are transported to all the digestive parts of the body. The end product of digestion is removal of waste products which is also carried out by the blood. In fact without the blood functioning well, we die. Within the blood we have what we call "The Red Blood Cell" (RBC), we are going to use this acronym to make it easy for us, RBC. The RBC is responsible for supplying oxygen to the body for metabolism From an electromagnetic view, Each RBC has a negative charge on it and a positive charge inside the cell. Since all RBC has a negative charge outside the cell, all the red blood cells repel each other, and do not stick together.
9 It's just like bringing 2 magnets that have a north and south pole. If you bring the north side of the magnet to another magnet on its north pole, they will repel each other. It is very important you understand this concept. If the RBC sticks or clump together, it becomes viscous and sluggish like a sewage and the transportation of oxygen would be reduced dramatically. When this happens, you become tired easily and the body becomes acidic and subsequently toxic. If this happens it means that the negative charge on the RBC has been stripped and it will start clumping with other cells. Unfortunately, this is the exact scenario in the body of over 80% of people today. You know I talked about the body becoming acidic and alkaline earlier. Now I'm going to show you how this affects the Red blood cells and how it is responsible in making the blood acidic and clumping it together. In chemistry, there is a scale used to measure the level of acidity and alkalinity. It is called the ph scale (potential of hydrogen). This scale is measured on a scale of A scale of 0 is very acidic. A scale of 14 is very Alkaline, while a scale of 7 is neutral.
10 For a human to live healthy and maintain some level of alkalinity, the blood should be a ph of according to recognized medical standard. So you can see that at a ph of 7.45 that the body is slightly alkaline. It is very important that the body must always be slightly alkaline for normal oxygen transport and metabolism for a healthy body. As I mentioned earlier, there are situations that can cause the negative charge on the red blood cell to be stripped. That condition is when the body becomes acidic. When this happens, the red blood cells lose their ability to repel one another. It becomes thick, coagulates and becomes slow moving. As a result, you become tired, sluggish and virus and other germs will start to thrive in the blood stream. As these compromised acidic RBC continues to move slowly, they lose their integrity, quality and they breakdown leaking their toxic content such as bacteria, and debris into the blood stream. The leaking or spillage of toxins into the blood stream is what makes it more acidic and create an environment for germs to thrive.
11 Each of us is at war, and we don't even know it. This war is the assault of microbes or germs in our acidic body. Our immune system has become weak as a result of this battle as more and more antibiotics and drugs are used to "chase" away germs. Unfortunately, this is only treating the symptoms, not the disease. To treat the disease, it is important to create an internal body condition that does not allow the existence of harmful microbes inside our body in the first place. If this is taken care of, there won't be need for antibiotics. Maintaining proper alkalinity is essential for life, health, and vitality. Even leading biochemists and medical personnel will attest to this fact that maintaining an alkaline body environment is the key to living a healthy life. This is so much so that a 2 time Nobel price recipient Dr. Linus Pauline was the first to prove that cancer cells cannot grow or even survive in a body that is alkaline. In other words, when we make the personal effort to get our body to be alkaline, we suffer less diseases and sicknesses because the germs that cause these simply can't survive in our body. You see, what is healthy for you is unhealthy for the body s attackers and what is healthy for them is what is unhealthy for your body.
12 The body has a defense system built in, and the first defense system against disease is an alkaline environment, when the body becomes acidic, the immune system takes over. And what they do is take away some of the toxic build up and store away in the fat cells so as to avoid harming the vital organs of the body. However, if the body continues to be acidic overtime, it will reach a point of toxic overload. This is critical to understand if you hope to lose weight. You can exercise all you like and do your best to get to a leaner body, but if you do nothing to alkalize your body, your attempts will be in vain. Think about it the human body is very intelligent. As you become more and more acidic your body starts to set up defense mechanisms to keep the damaging acid from entering the vital organs. Just as I have stated earlier, if the body becomes too acidic, the fat cells comes to the rescue. All the acid is stored away in the fat cells so that these acids don't start eating "holes" into our vital organs such as the heart, kidneys, liver and so on. So if you are fat, your body is acidic and your fat tissue is saving you from death, because more fat is required to store excess acid in the blood stream. Once you start getting rid of acidity from your body, you would no longer need the fat to save the body from damage. Less acidity = less fat needed to store it in the body
13 So If I ask what is killing us today, what would be your answer? Well, the answer is ACIDOSIS (I don't know if that word exists) How do you obtain a body that is less acidic or toxic? The book "The 4-Weeks Detox Diet" has all the answers. In fact this very information is culled from that book. I'm still writing it but it will soon be complete. I shall be releasing this book at a lower price to the public by next week. The information you see here is just a tip of the ice berg on the many reasons why we grow fat, becomes toxic.
