The HealthAhead mobile app is a place for you to get helpful daily health tips, healthful articles, tracking programs, a personalized wellbeing dashboard, easy links to other GE apps and programs and more. 2 explore. You ll see that the app is easy to use and supports you wherever you are in your wellbeing journey. If you re a beginner, it will jumpstart your efforts toward a healthier you. If you re an expert, it will integrate your tracking applications and wearable devices into one centralized dashboard to give you a full perspective of your activities. And there will be more features added to the app throughout 2017! Today, you re able to start tracking steps, nutrition and sleep. Visit the Jiff Store to find popular tracking apps. Everything you track earns you points toward your monthly goal. As a start to tracking your healthy behaviors, aim to earn 200 points per month. It s doable and leaves room for you to go above and beyond when you can. Try it for a month and see how good you feel! Track, track, track. Whether you re focusing on fitness, nutrition or sleep, tracking helps us all to understand more about the choices we make. Track your activity, nutrition and sleep to earn points. Once you link a tracker, points reflecting your activities will display in your HealthAhead app in your progress dashboard. Sync your tracker to the HealthAhead app within 14 days to get credit. You can also use manual entry available in the More Menu of the HealthAhead app. There you will also find an easyto-use conversion chart that estimates step counts for other activities, such as swimming, golfing, yoga and much more. 3 The path to 200 points (or more) per month. Take your steps. Moving more will improve your energy, your focus, your mood and your fitness! Earn up to 10 points for every day you track your steps. Points will automatically be added once your tracker service recognizes 5,000+ steps in a day. 5,000 steps = 5 points 7,000 steps = 7 points 10,000 steps = 10 points Log your food. Keeping track of your meals helps you notice your habits and make healthier food choices. Earn 10 points every day for tracking your mea Page 3 of 8
