2 Background Many of our customers are looking to increase knowledge about the patients, the patient flow, treatment decision, Many questions are dealing with compliance and patient loyalty. These are often impactful parameters in a patient flow enabled forecast, but with an important uncertainty. Moreover, creating Value beyond the pill became a strong paradigm for our customers.
