19 Weight Analysis All the 17 samples show the reduction of weight except sample 3 and sample 5. Sample 3 had not been involved in Rhace session and is diabetic. Sample 5 had lost body fat by.4lb. However, the weight remains almost same ( ) due to the slight increase in extra cellular water weight and dry lean body mass by.2 and.3 lb respectively. Total weight loss from the 15 weight reduced samples: 77.2 lbs Average weight loss: 5.15 lbs per sample

20 Body Fat analysis All the 17 samples show the reduction of body fat except sample 3. Sample 3 had not been involved in Rhace session and is diabetic. Total body fat loss from the 16 body fat reduced samples: 81.7 lbs Average weight loss: 5.1 lbs This reflects the total weight loss (77.2 from 15 samples) was induced mainly from the total body fat loss.

21 Dry lean mass analysis (muscle) There are 8 samples whose muscle weight has increased out of 17 total samples. The total dry lean mass gain is 6.6 lbs and average gain is.83 lb per sample. There are 6 samples whose muscle weight has reduced and there are 3 samples who do not show a change. The total dry lean mass loss is 6.6 lbs and average loss is 1.1 lb per sample The total gain and loss of dry lean mass equals each other. Out of those 6 dry lean mass loss samples, 5 of them are extremely obese and they form the top group from the total samples. They are as listed below. The other is the diabetic which is sample tall lbs, 6 1 tall 35.7 lbs, 5 5 tall 29.6 lbs, 5 6 tall lbs, 5 8 tall 228.8lbs In conclusion, samples who are extremely obese had lost muscle weight. On the other hand, most samples gained muscle weight during 2-4 weeks period while losing body fat.

22 Body water analysis There are 8 samples whose body water has increased. 6 samples show reduction of body water. Out of the 6, 5 of them are the extremely obese ones and 1 of them is the diabetic. There are 3 samples showing no change. In conclusion, people tend to gain body water or keep same water weight during the 2-4 weeks of exercise period unless they are extremely obese or diabetic.

23 Summary and conclusion Out of 17 samples 16 have reduced body fat and 15 have reduced body weight. The average body fat loss is 5.1lbs per person and the average weight loss is 5.15 lbs, which means almost 1% of the body weight loss is derived by the reduction of body fat. Muscle weight has also increased as the result of 2-4 weeks exercise except the group of extreme obesity and the diabetic sample. This shows this particular exercise method using Active Carbon Fibers for FIR emission helps increasing the muscle weight relatively in a shorter period regardless of their age. This is quite opposite to traditional work out programs and/or diet programs which let muscles reduce while letting body weight reduced.

24 Summary and conclusion (continued) weight has also increased as the result of 2-4 weeks exercise except the group of extreme obesity and the diabetic sample. This is the opposite of many reports that the weight reduced by induced perspiration through sauna sessions comes from water loss. In fact, this exercise method using Active Carbon Fibers for FIR emission increases body water for better cellular activities and enhanced appearance by having hydrated skin which results in less wrinkles. Most of the samples who are generally healthy and less obese have gone through a change of reduced body fat, increased muscle weight and increased body water. This is an ideal change that most of other traditional methods have never been able to accomplish in a short-term period.
