1 Congratulations! You really ARE amazing! Make sure that you have written all your thoughts and emotional experiences in your journal. It can be a valid tool to look back at. Spend some time this next week to plan how you can continue to cleanse your body if you so choose. Maybe you will make a new meal plan for your family, or maybe you will set some personal goals. You can plan a new exercise routine, sign up for a yoga class, learn how to meditate, or take up a new hobby. I have put together some thoughts for you that hopefully will empower you to be even more conscious about your life in the future. Remember how amazing you are! Listen to all, learn from a few, follow no one! I find it very helpful to never take in any information that is based on fear. We are so easily manipulated through fear. Do what God says or go to Hell has worked for thousands of years. I can see some similarity in the up and coming healing business. Do it my way, or stay sick. 1

2 I know from firsthand experience that what works for one, does not necessarily work for the next person. I believe we are all different, although I believe we are very much the same. By that I mean that we are the same in making, but our history, our imbalances, belief systems and our weaknesses are so different, therefore our road to recovery will each have to be unique. We are all the same, only different by our weaknesses. Only the body can cleanse and heal, so given the opportunity, that is what it will do. Nature is perfect, we cannot outsmart it or improve on it. God knows we try. Health is natural, and we do not need to spend all our money searching for solutions. We need to go within and free ourselves from the need to be guided by someone else, by a leader. We are all leaders. We are all powerful beyond our wildest dreams. We all have the breath-of-knowledge within us. We just lost our way. How well we heal depends on how well we are ready to take full charge and responsibility. 2

3 What we don`t eliminate we accumulate. By changing what we are putting in our mouths, we are changing the whole chemistry of the body. We are setting the stage for our cells health. And together with making sure our eliminating organs are happy, with a strong functioning filtering system and sewer system, we are all set! We are only as healthy as our ability to eliminate waste, and once what we don`t need is eliminated, health becomes reality. The key to health and longevity is not the diet, not in itself, and not in the sense that most people think. It was never about the food, it is about the detoxification, alkalization, absorption, elimination and regeneration. It is about the healing that takes place when the body is functioning as it should. We know the body is a self-healer. We experience that every time we cut ourselves with a knife. The body will rush to stop the bleeding and to heal the wound. When we take out the garbage even old scars heal. Seriously, old scars fade and heal. Every part of the body is ready to do the same, to heal and to regenerate. It is only obstructed and set back by weakened organs and glands, poor diet choices and stress. This leads to the only condition there really is, and that is over-acidity, all from the lack of elimination of molds, parasites, sulfur, viruses, chemicals, damaged cells, and other toxins. We are so full of shit, and we are living it. Once we are clean, the body will naturally start to regenerate weakened and damaged tissue, even inherited weaknesses will be taken care of. How amazing is that? By letting go of the urge to chase symptoms, and further weakening the system with nasty chemical drugs, we are on the same team as our bodies. The winning team of health and rejuvenation. Suppressing anything will never lead to anything good. Believe me, I have been there, done that, and almost died in the process. We need to break free from the treatment-based thinking. It was never about the germs or the bacteria. It is about the culturing medium, the terrain. Truth is simple, and health is simple CHANGE is the ultimate challenge! Lift your spirit and let go of all the should and have to. Break free from whatever 3

4 religion is holding you in fear or out of free thinking and feeling. Break free and be a way-seer for YOU. Let it all flow towards you, and don`t worry about a thing. It is all as it should be, YOU are magnificent just as you are right NOW! Anything is possible! You cannot improve on nature, only raise your vibration to get in sync with it. We are designed to eat raw fruits and vegetables, and this truly is our natural diet. We are tropical species, yes, we are primates. We can easily define the difference between carnivores, omnivores, herbivores, and frugivores. They all have different teeth, intestines and stomach, saliva production, stomach acids, general physique, and much more. These differences are indicating what they eat, and how they are able to gather and hunt their food. It also indicates how they can break down the food to utilize and eliminate it. This food will leave them lacking and missing nothing - thriving, and functioning optimally. No animal will wonder if they got enough nutrition, or if they are eating what is good for them. It is a natural process. They eat what makes them feel good, and they eat until they are full. 4

5 Carnivores kill other animals with their claws and tear them apart, eating primarily their organs and drinking their blood. The word carnivore is derived from Latin and means "meat eater." Obligate carnivores are those that rely entirely on animal flesh to obtain their nutrients. Examples of obligate carnivores are members of the cat family, so know to feed your cat animal food only. Facultative carnivores are those that also eat non-animal food in addition to animal food. There is no clear line that differentiates facultative carnivores from omnivores though, but a dog is considered a facultative carnivore. This is why we see dogs healing on a diet high in raw vegetables. The wild cats, such as lions and tigers, are examples of carnivores. Omnivores will eat from the plant and the animal kingdom. The Latin term omnivore literally means "eater of everything". This is not quite the case though, as omnivores cannot really eat everything that other animals eat. They can only eat things that are moderately easy to acquire while being moderately nutritious. For example, most omnivores cannot live by grazing alone, and they are not able to eat some hard-shelled animals, or successfully hunt large or fast prey. The omnivores have a long and complex digestive track. This is to allow enough space and time for microbial fermentation to occur. They have great sharp fangs, walk on paws/cloves, have a strong stomach acid and small salvia glands. A bear is an omnivore. Herbivores eat only green plants and herbs. Some of them are also grazers, like the cows. Herbivores are animals whose primary food source is plantbased. They have evolved digestive systems capable of digesting large amounts of plant material. The plants are high in fiber and starch, and this is what provides the main energy source in their diet. Some parts of plant materials, such as cellulose, are hard to digest, therefore the digestive tract of herbivores is adapted so that food may be digested properly. That means that many large herbivores have symbiotic bacteria within their guts to assist with the breakdown of cellulose. A giraffe is an herbivore. Frugivores eat primarily fruits, berries, and some tender leafy greens. They can easily grab ripe fruits off the trees. They have hands to pick, and teeth that can easily rip open a ripe fruit. The length of the intestines and the ph of the stomach acid, shows that they are designed to digest fruits. Chimpanzees and other primates are frugivores. 5

6 When we take the time to examine the human body, we will easily recognize the signs of a frugivore. No education needed, nothing but logical common sense. We would have a very difficult time ripping apart skin and flesh. Our nails are not claws, and our hands are like those of a fruigivore - designed to pick and peel. If we are all the same on the inside, how come we do not feel good on the same diet? How can it be that what one person thrives on, makes another person ill? Well, to me there is only one answer to that question. As we are all the same in the making, we are only different through our weaknesses. So, what that means is that we can only be as alike as how well our body is functioning. One example: You see a person eating large amounts of fruits, and the person has no raise in blood sugar, while you could never do the same without getting a blood sugar spike. Is your body made any different than that persons? Off course not. You have impaired or weak glands that are to blame for your raise in blood sugar. It has nothing to do with you being different or the food. Where I am going with this, is that as long as a body is clean and functioning as it should, it will thrive on the foods that it was made to consume. What most humans are consuming today is very far from being foods from nature. We are not made to consume pesticides, fungicides, additives, carcinogens etc. We were made to eat FOODS. All this poison is making us acidic. It is making so many imbalances that we think we are different from each other. We think we need medications to function. An animal will only get a human dis-ease when it starts eating human foods. Think about that, no food and health connection? It is all energy and foods are energy also. 6

7 You are what you eat is a common saying, and many are tired of hearing that. Most of all those that do not eat up to their full potentials, and know it. We all know it. There is no way we can eat what is not good for us and not know it on one level or another. The problem is that we are surrounded with so much toxic waste that our pineal gland is clouded. That makes is harder to connect with our inner wisdom. Once you detoxify your body, that will change. Is diet the only key to great health and longevity? Off course not. It is all about raising the vibration through laughter, feeling good, meditation, visualization, fresh air, breathing, rest, movement, etc, etc. It is all connected.
