He is currently Director o Music at Romsey Abbey and Southamton University Chamber Choir having held revious osts at Newcastle Cathedral, St John's College Durham, Newark and Dartord Parish Churches. His comositions have been erormed and broadcast around the world, and have received remiers on BBC 1, Radio 3 &, and at the 300th Anniversary o the Three Choirs' Festival in Hereord. He currently holds a major contract with Universal Edition and is recording a number o his works. George has directed choirs to wide critical acclaim, with a articular ocus on musicality and thorough interretation. He has recorded and broadcast widely and has earned a reutation or transorming choirs into high-achieving ensembles.
