She maintains a high level of enthusiasm and provides a lot of motivation to the soldiers (and other staff) at the Medical In processing Dept Copeland Bldg 3rd floor. She even takes time out of her personal schedule to assist soldiers assuring that their immunizations are up to date and that they understand what is need and why. I love how she brings the morale of the immunization section at Copeland Center up and always works her hardest and encourages others to do the same." Mr. Dennis Phelps has done a superb job designing our Webpage. He takes great pride in making sure that represents quality. I have looked at a few MTFs WebPages and none compare to the time, effort, and thought that is put into the CRDAMC page. I would also like to say Mr. Robert Howell is highly skilled in his design of advertisement; he designs for the CRDAMC staff. All he needs is verbiage of what you need to say. He takes it and produces pictures that speaks the message alone, no words needed. Every suspense that Patient Services has asked of these two individuals, always, always exceed the standard and they have it to you in turnaround time the is unbelievable. I would just like to tell them both that I thank you for all that you do. You are excellent!!!"
