16 Meningococcal Vaccination Call to Change Call to Change Document developed Provider Recommendation A strong recommendation from clinicians: Emphasize that it is a routine vaccination. Vaccinate before you graduate! Emphasize the 2 nd dose for age 16 to complete the meningococcal series. Some populations are at higher risk than others; especially those who plan on living in college dorms or going into the military. A strong recommendation from clinicians is the best way to get teens immunized!
