Cnditins f Cmpliance 8 INTRODUCTION This Cde f Practice has been develped t assist transprters t cmply with the hygiene and traceability requirements fr grain mved by Rad fr the CBH Grup within the CBH netwrk. CBH carries respnsibility t handle and deliver prduct that meets industry Quality and Fd/Feed Safety specificatins. The traceability f prduct frm pint f lading t discharge is an integral part f meeting these Quality and Fd/Feed Safety standards at all stages f the Grain Supply and Lgistics Chain. Within this dcument yu will find the cmpliance guidelines required by the CBH Grup fr Rad Haulage f Bulk Prducts. The list f bulk prduct that this Cde will apply t is nt exhaustive but includes: - All crps, e.g. cereal grain, pulses and ilseeds Animal feed materials, ingredients, feed additives. Any ther bulk materials agreed t by parties. The Rad Haulage Bulk Prduct Cde f Practice, is an element f all Rad Transprt Service Agreements between the CBH Grup and cntracted parties. STORE #

3 Rad Haulage - Cde f Practice 1. GENERAL OVERVIEW As part f yur transprt cntract with CBH, yu are required t cmply with the Rad Haulage Bulk Prduct - Cde f Practice (CP). As a best practice the fllwing key pints will be bserved. All Rad Transprt Cmbinatins prvided by the Transprt Cmpany fr the transprt f Bulk Prduct will be: Prduct leak prf, t address the issue f envirnmental impact frm bulk prduct escaping during transprtatin; and Of sund cnstructin (i.e. tailgate chains, zer harm tailgate peners, sund tarps, n flaking paint/crrsin inside lad carrying area); and Cmpliant at all times t the Mass and Dimensin requirements related t mvements at frm and t CBH Sites. Registered and cvered by third party insurance. Apprpriate t the heavy vehicle safety requirements f, mass and lad regulatins, including use f particular rads (RAV Ratings) and rutes. Cmpliant with Envirnmental requirements, emissin cntrls and nise standards. Mandatry Australian design standards. Rad safety and traffic management laws (Acts and Regulatins). Occupatinal/Wrkplace Health and Safety. Dangerus gds including any signage and cmpulsry insurance requirements. WA Chain f Respnsibility Cmpliance and Enfrcement Act and Regulatins. Fd transprt and hygiene requirements. Security and anti-terrrism laws, including prt identificatin requirements (MISC). Driving hurs (fatigue management), radwrthiness (maintenance management) and vehicle lading (mass and dimensin/restraint management). Where such Applicable laws exist, they take precedence t any and all clauses in this Cde. Operating as a transprt cmpany cmplying with the Cde f Practice shws that apprpriate cntrl mechanisms have been put in place t avid ptential Quality and Fd/Feed Safety issues such as: Grain Insect infestatin, Taint, Mulds, Water Ingress, Admixture and; any ther assciated hazards during the transprt prcess Crss cntaminatin f bulk prducts that may be caused by previus carges. 2. COMMITMENT The Transprt Cmpany will have a cmmitment statement detailing its cmmitment t prduct quality and service as required by this Cde f Practice and signed by the mst senir management representative f the Transprt Cmpany. 4 Rad Haulage - Cde f Practice 3. TRACEABILITY It will be a requirement f this Cde f Practice that all rad transprt cmbinatins are identifiable t CBH. All transprt cmbinatins used t cllect and transprt bulk prduct within the CBH netwrk, designated cllectin pints and OnFarm, will be able t demnstrate traceability in regards t the previus carges prir t r during the mvement f bulk prduct. Recrds must be kept by the transprt cmpany and its drivers f the three (3) previus cargs carried prir t transprting bulk prducts (This may be any Recrd). 4. SAFETY Drivers must cmply with all Transprter, CBH Grup and Lcal Site, Designated Cllectin Pint and OnFarm, Health and Safety Rules and instructins (including the applicatin and use f CBH defined Persnal Prtective Equipment PPE), and be as a minimum registered in the CBH Cntractr Safety System (SitePass). HYGIENE The fllwing is the agreed standard f hygiene that the Transprt Cmpany must cmply with: Vehicles, equipment and lad carrying areas must be inspected befre lading and if necessary, cleaned and dried t remve any residue accumulatins. As part f the cmmitment t this Cde f Practice it is the Transprters respnsibility t ensure that if the lad carrying area requires painting, then fd grade paint is used, nte the paint must nt disclur r taint the grain in any way. Exterirs f all rad transprt cmbinatins must be presented in a clean cnditin fr the cartage f grain. When maintenance is carried ut n the lad carrying areas a recrd f pst maintenance cleaning must be kept. N rad transprt cmbinatin that has carried material shwn in the Class 1 Exclusin List will be presented fr the cartage f grain. All rad transprt cmbinatins must cmply with Class 2 and Class 3 Prduct (refer t fllwing page) cleaning requirements and a recrd must be retained by the transprt cntractr. Class definitins are as detailed in the fllwing pages. STORE #

5 Rad Haulage - Cde f Practice CLASS 1 PRODUCTS (EXCLUSION LIST) The fllwing materials must nt have been carried in rad transprt cmbinatins used fr the transprtatin f grains cvered by this Cde f Practice. Transprters must be prepared t give an undertaking t this effect if required. Txic and crrsive materials (including asbests) and any packaging used fr these materials, radiactive materials, animal/pultry wastes (including manures/litter) and sil cntaining animal manure (peat) Unprcessed animal matter, wet ffal, animal manure r dead stck Mammalian prtein, e.g. meat & bne meal, meat meal, cull cake and ther mammalian based prducts Metal flakes r metal prduct Glass Sludge frm sewage plants treating waste waters (bislids) Slid urban waste, such as husehld waste Materials cntaminated with salmnella r ther pathgens Untreated waste frm eating places Other materials as determined by the parties A Declaratin indicating that items n the CBH Haulage Exclusin List (Class 1) have never r will never be transprted in Designated Lad Trailers fr CBH, must be signed by the Senir Management representative fr the Transprt Cmpany. (Recrd Required). When there is a change t fleet (i.e. new r subcntracted) an additinal CBH Exclusin List Declaratin frm must be prvided with the change t Lgistics. CLASS 2 PRODUCTS Cleaning required All physical and chemical remnants remved (High Pressure Water Wash with Sanitizer and/ r Steam). PRODUCT Asphalt (fresh) and asphalt rubble Milk & milk prducts, gelatine, amin acids, dicalcium phsphate, dried plasma and any ther bld prducts Tallws Mineral clays which have been used fr detxificatin purpses Cal and cal prducts Cmpsts (including green plant material) Treated Bulk Grains (e.g. Pickled Grain) Treated Fertilisers (e.g. Intake etc) Treated Wd Prducts Medicated Stck Feeds Insect Infested Grain Prducts Hides treated with tanning substances and assciated waste STORE #

6 Rad Haulage - Cde f Practice CLASS 3 PRODUCTS Cleaning required All physical remnants remved (Blwn ut, Swept r Washed as Required). PRODUCT Untreated Bulk Grains (e.g. when changing grain types) Untreated Mineral based Fertilisers (e.g. Super phsphates etc) Inert Mineral Material (e.g. rad base, sand, lime, gypsum etc) Untreated Wd Chips Salt If at any stage the Transprt Cmpany is nt sure which categry a prduct that is ging t be carted r that has been carted aligns with, it is their respnsibility t cntact the Cuntry Quality Manager - Australian Grain Centre (08) prir t arriving n a CBH site s that the crrect cleaning methd can be detailed. 6. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY 1) The Transprt Cmpany will be advised that bulk prducts are t be transprted and the site frm which lading will ccur. 2) All bulk prducts will be cnsigned using a CBH Rad Mvement Authrity Frm/ r cmputer generated recrd. 3) On arrival at the discharge site the Driver must prvide a Rad Mvement Authrity frm/ r facsimile. The Driver must nt at any time discharge the lad f bulk prduct if, prf f the weights f the rad transprt cmbinatins is nt available prir t discharge. 4) If there is a hydraulic il incident (hse burst, ram failure, damaged and/r leaking cupling, etc) whilst n a CBH Grup site, a clean up will be required. Where cntaminatin f grain prduct has/may ccur ntify CBH site staff and recrd in the Transprters Incident Management System (This may be any Recrd). 5) The Transprt Cmpany is respnsible fr recvering and cleaning up any bulk prduct spilt in transit, as well as any additinal cst f dispsal. The Transprt Cmpany is t ntify CBH Zne Management and Lgistics immediately f any bulk prduct spills, the transprt cmpany will then advised f the apprpriate curse f actin. If the bulk prduct is identified as Genetically Mdified and/r Organic, then the Transprt Cmpany must cntain the grain as abve and cntact the Cuntry Quality Manager - Australian Grain Centre (08) fr an apprpriate curse f actin. Any bulk prduct spills MUST be dcumented in the Transprters Incident Management System. (This may be any Recrd). 7. SUB-CONTRACTORS Where a sub-cntractr (which term includes an wner driver) is emplyed by the Transprt Cmpany t perfrm his cntract with CBH fr the cartage f bulk prduct as defined in this Cde f Practice, the transprt cmpany must ensure that the sub-cntractr is likewise bund by this Cde f Practice thrugh a Cntractr Declaratin (This may be any Recrd).. Transprt Cmpanies must keep a list f their apprved Rad Haulage sub-cntractrs detailing their methd f apprval and maintaining relevant cleaning recrds. STORE #

7 Rad Haulage - Cde f Practice 8. TRAINING The Transprt Cmpany will undertake crrect training f staff (e.g. Drivers, lgistic and maintenance staff etc). The purpse f this training is t prmte an understanding f the purpse and requirements f this Cde f Practice. Any training given shuld be 1) Recrded as a part f a training matrix. (This may be any Recrd) 2) The peratin f apprved vehicles by the Transprt Cntractrs will ensure that they will be able t cmply with any directin, written r verbal, that relates t the cllectin and delivery f any bulk prduct under this Cde f Practice. 3) All drivers must have cmpleted the training t enable cmpliance with this Cde f Practice and pssess a valid and apprpriate driver s licence. 9. CONDITIONS OF COMPLIANCE Apprpriate recrds are t be maintained by the Transprt Cmpany as utlined in this Cde f Practice. A request may be made t access these recrds by an emplyee f the CBH Grup r an independent auditr (appinted by the CBH Grup), if any f the fllwing exceptins ccur a. A cntaminatin is determined (either at pint f lading r discharge) during the peratins f the task f rad haulage f bulk prduct b. A custmer cmplaint requires a trace back exercise t be cnducted c. A custmer requests a demnstratin f capabilities f a transprt cmpany t mvement recrds hygiene, traceability r the three previus lads t satisfy an external audit requirement STORE #
