33 Maze Maker Circuits Exercise 1 - Strength This picture shows Ben performing a press-up. 1.You go down into a down press position and hold it for 5 or 10 seconds. Exercise 2 - Speed This is Mack running over the bricks as fast as he could. 1) You do this by making a ladder so there is round about half a foot in between them. 2) Then run and try not to touch what ever you are jumping over Now try to beat you're opponent by being faster.
