2 Aqua ZUMBA! Your favorite Zumba classes move to the water! This class is an upbeat water class that will challenge you while having fun! (45 min) Boot Camp A challenging, fast pace workout incorporating cardio conditioning, endurance and strength training drills. This class will challenge you from head to toe pushing your body to the max! Conditioning Together Integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories and improve agility. Revolutionize your whole body using Loaded Movement Training in this three-dimensional experience. Dynamic music drives the energetic 30-minute workout with athletic movements and phases of high-intensity interval training. Core Focus Together Trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform- all to challenge you like never before. Cycle This is a group exercise class using our stationary spin cycles. This class is geared towards an intermediate rider who wants a great cardio and leg workout. (45 min) DEEP H20 Let s get in over our heads! This class is held in the deep end of our swimming pool and is geared towards someone who wants more intensity to their water workout. (45 min) Defend Together is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace. Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. (1 hr.) HydroRider Group exercise classes using the aqua spin bikes in the pool. This exciting, up tempo class is much easier on the joints than the spin bikes on land. (60 mins) Makin Waves Water class for all ages. Includes strength and cardio training using water resistance and water dumbbells (45min-1hr.) Move Together Will have you feeling and moving better in only 30 minutes. Build movement health by mastering the fundamental patterns that encompass everything you do in life. Grow your movement confidence with coaching and motivating music. SilverSneakers Classic Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. (45 min) SilverSneakers Circuit Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobics choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.. (45 min.) Tabata High-intensity water aerobics class featuring tabata workouts, with 20-second intervals of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. (45 min.) Tai Chi Tai Chi is a martial art that combines various martial arts movements with energy circulation, breathing, and stretching techniques. (1 hr) Total Body Designed to help strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Bands, hand weights, steps, etc. will be used. Great for beginners to advanced exercisers. (45 min.) Yoga Slow, controlled movements and deep stretches of Yoga poses are used to release tension, develop flexibility, and build strength. (1 hr.) Yoga Basics Don't know a down dog from a cat/cow?? This floor mat class will cover the very basic yoga poses while increasing your balance, flexibility and overall strength. Yoga is a great way to increase bone density while protecting your joints. (1 hr.) ZUMBA! Get a cardio workout while dancing to the rhythms and movements of Latin music. (45 min.) ZUMBA! Burst Exciting workout which fuses high intensity athletic interval training with the electrifying fun of Zumba. (45min.) 30:30 Spin This upbeat class will include 30 mins of typical spin class followed by 30 mins of strength training. (1 hr.)
