4 TPR HEALTH & FITNESS BEAST OF THE WEEK TPR Health and Fitness Beast of the Week Fitness Challenge will begin in the month of April. Fitness Tech, Daniel Dent, will put a new fitness challenge on the Workout of the Day board in the Fitness Center each Monday and the required form for each repetition to be counted. Winners will be determined according to how many repetitions the participants performed with proper form. Challenges must be completed by closing Thursday to be considered. Daniel will write the top 3 finishers in each age group on the board that following Friday. Weekly winners will receive a Beast of the Week Certificate and persons that win at least two of the challenges for the month will receive 1 FREE month added to their membership!!! Age groups are as follows: Male Female
