Exercise of the Month Curl to Press Well, its not exactly new but the good news is it will have freshly painted lines and a brand new finish. The not-so-good-news is that the work will take approximately 3 weeks to complete beginning October 23. The strong fumes and dust from the process are quite strong, and may be problematic to those with respiratory problems and/or allergies. We will provide updates on the website ( t russvilleparks.org ) and at the front desk as the project progresses. Here is a great combination move for strong, lean biceps and shoulders. Stand with feet shoulder width, knees unlocked and holding dumbbells at your sides, bend your elbows and curl the dumbbells up then press them over head. Repeat for 2 sets of 8-12 repetitions. Get with Daniel, Tim or Jay in the Fitness Center for more information. Consult with your healthcare provider before performing this or any other exercise. 1
