2 The Governor and Officers I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season. Thanks to all who participated in the food drive for our local food bank. Our community service efforts do not go unnoticed. Changes are coming to your Moose lodge in the upcoming months. Officers and staff will be working together to improve operations and make our lodge better than ever. Lodge meetings are the best way to stay informed on all of our future plans. Meetings are the first and third Monday of every month at 7:30. Please consider being a part of our Rocker fundraiser during the month of February. Donations can be made at the lodge. See any officer or the bartender. Your contributions help ensure the success of Moosehaven and the welfare of its citizens. Thanks in advance for your participation. In closing, let each of us consider how to make our lodge a better place. I look forward to seeing you there. Fraternally, Al Erney Governor W.O.T.M. Dear coworkers, With the holiday season behind us and a New Year before us I hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas and that the New Year will bring much joy and happiness to all. We had much fun with our children's Polar Express Christmas party, our Poinsettia & cookie sales, along with the sing-along. Upcoming events of course include our breakfast, which will be on January 10 and on February 14, 2016 from 9 AM till 12. We will hold our Valentines dance on February 13 from 8 PM to 11PM. 3 From One Member to Another From the administrator s desk As I write this I must say good bye as your Administrator. I have taken on the du es of Territory Manager for 30 plus lodges in PA. I have served our lodge for the last 10 years and I can truly say most of it I have enjoyed very much. I have made friendships that I would have never had made if it were not for the Moose and this lodge. I thank each and every one of you for the great opportuni es I have had. The lodge s future is up to each of us and how we except changes. The House Commi ee has started by allowing the administrator and Social Quarter s manager posi ons to be separated. This will help by allowing one more path of checks and balances. I know one year ago we started and voted to move the social quarters and dining room but, like with anything, unforeseen issues arose. That being said, with a new year hopefully brings new ideas for fundraisers that will help to bring this to frui on. Again it is up to all of us. Without support no project will ever work. Some of these projects are not only for a be er lodge but to help us survive in the future. In closing I hope to see all of you around the lodge. I ask for your help with this lodge and Fraternity s growth and future. Fraternally yours, Phillip Febus Hours Of Operation Monday and Tuesday 3 PM-Midnight Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM-Midnight Friday and Saturday 11AM 2 AM Sunday 11 AM-11 PM COME IN FOR YOUR FRESH MADE STROMBOLI AND PIZZA Chef Jack will make a great Stromboli fresh for you from any sandwich item on the menu. Cheese Steak, Italian, you name it Jack will make it.
