8 We identify key themes. 9 We gather and create materials. Brainstorm key topics for each theme. Identify existing resources from companies, and edit them to our standards. Augment existing resources with Oldways content to cover each theme more completely.

11 We announce the new Toolkits. We post our new Toolkits online. All members of ONE get an each month telling them what s in the newest kits. We invite any Supermarket RDs not yet signed up to visit the ONE portal and see the new kits. We contact all RDs on the Oldways mailing list (from FNCE signups) with news about the new Toolkits.

19 Quarterly Metrics and Analysis Every download is logged by member. We use this information to improve ONE. We send quarterly s to sponsors telling them how many times their resources were downloaded and demographics of downloaders (no names!) e.g. Your resource was downloaded 122 times. 36% were supermarket RDs 43% were RDs in healthcare etc.
