2 ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The entire team of Move The Wheel Foundation wishes to acknowledge and appreciate the support, guidance, feedback and encouragement that it has received constantly by all our patrons & friends. Though Contribution in Cash is very important for the functioning of an organization, it is equally necessary to make a special mention of the invaluable Contributions in Time and Contributions in kind. We wish to take this opportunity to thank our very own Volunteer Team of Ms. Meera, Ms. Sirisha, Ms. Bharathi, Ms. Jyothi, Ms. Mallika, Ms. Sheeba, Ms. Kaumudi, Ms. Prathima, Ms. Sahithi, Ms. Gauthami and Ms. Sharada who were there at the school, mentoring the children and guiding the staff as Class Mentors for the whole year. We are thankful for The ~Pankhudi Team led by Mr. Satya and Ms. Brinda for conducting the Basic English and Maths course. Their patience & perseverance are as amazing as their worksheets. Also, we would like to mention Dr. Pawan (Dentist), Dr. Chaitanya (Dentist), Dr. Shanthi (ENT), Dr. Chandresekhar, Dr. Chendrayudu & Dr. Swathi for volunteering and conducting Medical, Dental & ENT camp for all the children of the school. This space is dedicated to all the wonderful volunteers from Incessant Technologies, Microsoft and DIYA, who have spent many a weekend at the school, volunteering and conducting various events. 3 ABOUT Move The Wheel Foundation is a Non Profit Educational Trust, registered under the AP Trusts Act, in Jan ACTIVITY Adoption of the Govt School in Gowlidoddi was the highlight of the first year of operations of the Foundation. With immense scope for improvement, the students, and staff of the Govt School can now look forward to a better schooling experience. The framework involves members of the community to be able to spend time with the students in a fruitful way VISION To build an efficient, working framework where compassion and social responsibility can culminate into action, resulting in progress. We focus on addressing situations where our efforts bear a direct impact on the children, to make our world a better place for them, today, tomorrow. MISSION To develop a workable education framework so that children can have access to not only quality Academic training, but also to community driven Enrichment Programs spanning the Cultural, Social & Ecological aspects of education.

4 FINANCIAL SUMMARY Being forthright and open in all our monetary transactions is our way of saying Thanks to all our contributors, current and potential, who have invested trust and faith in us, in the activities and the cause of the Foundation. On these lines of thought, we have put up, in detail, the contribution and expenditure breakup on our website Total Contribution in cash for : Rs. 5,38,184 Open Auditorium Fund: Rs. 2,00,000 Total Expenditure for School activities: Rs. 2,86,327 Amount carried over for FY : Rs. 11,285 Total Expenditure for Foundation activities: Rs. 34,072

6 MISSION FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR To get the school running in a more focused manner, where staff, volunteers & mentors can fruitfully contribute towards realizing the vision of providing Quality Holistic Education to the children of Govt School. 7 GET INVOLVED We strongly suggest that you tap into the potential of your heart to reach out and help someone deserving. There is absolutely no denying the contentment we have felt while doing this. SOMETHING SPECIFIC The best kind of contribution is contribution in time. If you can, come to the school, interact with the children, guide the staff be directly involved to see the change. But, if you are looking to help out with any specific requirement, we have compiled here, a little wish list of our most desperate needs. Requirement Estimate Remarks Books & Stationery Rs. 3,500 per month Total estimate: Rs.35,000 for the year for note books, work sheets & stationery Sponsor a Teacher Rs. 3,000 per month Deserving staff will be supported with Rs per month as Performance Based Monetary Incentives Sponsor Nutrition for children Rs. 3,500 per week (Approx. Rs x 6 days x 350 children) Banana or nutritious chikki to all current 350 children everyday There are many ways that you could help us remotely, like guidance, ideas, assessments etc., If you think you can help us with remote assistance, please let us know.
