3 ABOUT US We are HeWe also known as the Sauder Health & Wellness Committee of the Commerce Undergraduate Society at the UBC Sauder School of Business. We are a student initiative dedicated to providing academic, professional, and social opportunities for students to explore health-initiatives to include in their personal and professional lives. Through our events and strong online presence, we actively share what it means to be truly healthy from the inside out. Over the past years, we remain to be one of the most popular and well-known organization at UBC due to the positive impact we create for students. 8 EVENTS Exam Care Packages It goes without saying exam season is the most pressuring time of the year. To support our fellow peers, we prepare care packages twice a year, consisting of healthy snacks and beverages, wellness products, study tips, and motivational notes to turn stress into confidence so our student body can get their best shot at academic success. We're looking for sponsors to provide meals for 50 people for each event bunny yoga Fitness can be fun! We bring bunnies into the equation in an introductory yoga session to calm the mind and soul at the peak of midterm season. paint night Students take a breather by breathing life on their own canvasses. Light refreshments are served to top off this chill night with friends! cooking workshops Students learn how to feed themselves sustainably at our cooking workshops led by a guest nutritionist. This year, we will be featuring zero-waste cooking! succulent planting Did you know that gradening reduces cortisol levels?
