1 FOR CHICKENS Keeps your chickens active! Chickens naturally spend 60 to 90 percent of the time looking for food. A free-range chicken spends roughly half the time doing this. Chickens that are kept in a coop with a run have less room in which to exercise and forage. We have to help chickens that are kept in a run to stay sufficiently active so they do not get bored. The following functional, but notably also tasty treats will keep your animals active and provide the necessary distraction. SMALL CORN COBS Feed Teurlings dried small corn cobs are a sensible snack for chickens. The cobs have been sliced to make it easy for chickens to pick the maize kernels off the cob. This keeps your chickens active, which combats boredom. The cobs have been sun-dried to prevent any mould. Your chickens will really enjoy this 100% natural snack. Instructions for proper use: Place one corn cob in the run every day.
