It is the result of years of research and development, and finally completed the development of the new Polyquarternium-10(PQ-10), called. As a matter of fact, PQ-10 has proven to essentially act as a hair conditioning agent in personal care industry for decades and KCI is constantly trying to reinvent the PQ-10 in order for users to take advantage of it more conveniently and flexibly.
