The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! If you want good things to come out of your life, you must first be a person who attracts those good things. And the way that you attract those good things is to think positive. Be aware of the good things in your life and don t dwell on the bad. We have all heard older family members say, Good things normally happen to good people! There is a reason for that!
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! Exercise: How you see yourself... this exercise will help you identify your strong points which are your strengths (things you are good at)
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! There are people we all know who seem to draw in good people; everyone likes them and everyone wants to be around them. Are you that kind of person? If not, why not? These people seem to be happy, even in troubled times. It is a choice. You have to choose to Be Happy! Think about what you want out of life and live your life that way. We are a product of our own thoughts!

The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are!
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. ~Eleanor Roosevelt
Let s Talk About Your Dreams Your dreams are about the most important part of your life. A dream, as described in Webster s dictionary, says Something that you have wanted very much to do, be or have for a very long time. Dreams are possibilities made real by your actions. Have you ever wanted to do something in life or wanted something in your life so badly, that you could just taste it? That is a dream; however, it doesn t have to stay a dream. It could turn out to be a reality, if you want it enough, if you work hard enough to get it, or if you hold on to your vision and set goals and accomplish those goals.
Lesson In your workbook or on a piece of paper: What are your dreams? What do you have to do to make them come true? Take time right now to write out your dreams and establish a plan of action to make them a reality.
What are your dreams? What do you have to do to make them come true? Take time right now to write out your dreams and establish a plan of action to make them a reality.
Sometimes, people say that dreamers are fools or that they are silly. Don t believe this! Dreams are the basis of our desires. Without dreams, many things would not get done. Inventions would not be made, research would not be done and miracles would never happen.
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! A dream is a vision of what you want most in life. It is a vision that can stay with you your whole life. You can build it up or you can taper it down to where you need to be. You can create whatever you want and you can live it, day in and day out.
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! Dreaming does have rules though. You can t just say you want something and it is going to happen. A dream is something that we work on from early on, sometimes even when you are quite young. But in order for your dreams to come true, you most definitely have to believe in yourself and believe in your cause.
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! Don t give up, just because you cross some obstacles. Sometimes, there are a few bumps in the road, but you just push yourself right through the bumps and keep yourself moving forward. Your dreams may not always stay the same, but in general, it is your dream. You can do with it as you wish.
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! If you wish to dream bigger, then, go for it. If you wish to pare your dream down a bit for a while, then, that is your option. You are the driver of your bus. Follow it where it takes you.
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! Don t let anyone deter you from following your dreams and don t let anyone make you believe that you are weird or zany. There is nothing wrong with being a leader. A leader is always the person who does and sees things differently and therefore, leads others to greatness.
The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are!
Making Your Life A Reality Your life is like a field. You harvest what you plant. Planting the best you have, allows you to harvest the best.
Making Your Life A Reality!
Your Field Of Life No matter what surrounds your field (Life), your field (Life) can have a very productive harvest. Take a look...what is around you? Mountains of hope, valleys of despair or just quicksand? Many of us see jungles with danger and obstacles full of creatures attempting to hurt us.
Your Field Of Life What do you see... n i a t un ley Val Mo e p o H f O sp De Of air
Lesson Take some time right now to identify those things, situations, and/or people who are keeping you from making your dreams become a reality. Make a list and indicate how those things, situations, and/or people are sabotaging your future. Determine what actions, on your part, can be taken to overcome those hurdles.

The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! Determine what actions, on your part, can be taken to overcome those hurdles.
Making Your Life A Reality Remember, your life is about choices. You can choose to go through the jungle, navigate quicksand or you can take your time and plant a field of possibilities - possibilities of hope, joy, fulfillment, accomplishment and love.

The Life You Want Is Created By The Person You Are! Choose To Sow Seeds Of: Family Education Financial Responsibility Life is what you plant and how carefully you harvest and nurture it. Sow seeds of disappointment and you will get disappointment. Sow seeds of happiness, wonderment and joy and you will reap a life of satisfaction and accomplishment
What Are You Feeding Your Life s Plant? What Are You Feeding Your Life s Plant? Take a look at this simple exercise. Complete the exercise to see where you stand in your path of Life. What does your plant (life) look like? What plants are you trying to grow? Good Results Bad Results What type of nutrients (food) do you use to grow your plants? Good Attitude Bad Attitude Commitment Bad Habits
What Kind of Fruit Will Your Life Plant Produce The type of fruit your Life s Plant produces depends on YOU! Everything that you will produce will be your choice, your thinking, your actions and yes, your attitude! As referenced above, have you ever seen that happy person where everything just seems to go right? Everything goes their way? Everything in life just falls in their lap? Have you ever wondered why? Experts say that it s their attitude and their way of being, their way of feeling and their way of thinking.
What Kind of Fruit Will Your Life Produce These individuals see themselves as successful, every problem is an opportunity and every challenge for them is exciting and inviting. They, very much like Sam Walton, Founder of Sam s Clubs and Walmart, will go where no one else wants to go. They make the impossible, possible. Michael Dell, Bill Gates and Steven Jobs and many, many others did not finish college, but they all had a dream and they made the commitment! The fruit of their efforts and their dreams have made them household names around the world.

The Little Things Really Do Matter! All the things we have been talking about are achieved by just doing little things. Our thoughts control matter; also, our thoughts matter. Matter is actually atoms which are broken down into protons, electrons, and neutrons which in math are positive, negative, and neutral. Positive (+) Negative (-) Neutral (0) Life is affected by these atoms. The more pluses (+) in your thoughts, the more positive outcomes you will have in life.
See What Can Be Accomplished From Just A Grain Of Sand
The Little Things Really Do Matter! The more negatives (-) in your thoughts, the more negative results in your life and neutrals (0) will keep your life stagnant which means there is no movement. A stagnant life means there is lack of development, advancement or progressive movement.
The Little Things Really Do Matter! Quantum Theory Demonstrated: Observation Affects Reality Feb. 27, 1998 REHOVOT, Israel, February 26, One of the most bizarre premises of quantum theory, which has long fascinated philosophers and physicists alike, states that by the very act of watching, the observer affects the observed reality. In a study reported in the February 26 issue of Nature (Vol. 391, pp ), researchers at the Weizmann Institute of Science have now conducted a highly controlled experiment demonstrating how a beam of electrons is affected by the act of being observed. The experiment revealed that the greater the amount of "watching," the greater the observer's influence on what actually takes place. Just imagine the power of your thoughts!

Psychology of Change You are more powerful than you know. Even when life comes crashing down on you, you can make something good happen. Get your mindset right and you will be able to overcome difficult circumstances in your life.
Psychology of Change Creating Mental Toughness The qualities and characteristics of mental toughness are comprised of four key attributes. The Four C s... - Control - Commitment - Challenge - Connected ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE
Psychology of Change Challenge - View your difficulties as a challenge and rise to the occasion. Don t become a victim of your difficulties. Control - You may not be able to control all that is happening to you, but you can control what you think about it, how you talk about it, and how you act upon it. Commitment - You have to be willing to make the necessary changes and improvements it takes to make things better. Connected - You don t have to handle everything by yourself. It is up to you to make the connections with those who can provide the resources needed to help you manage your problems.
Psychology of Change When dealing with difficulties that Life throws at you, using the Four C s - Challenge, Control, Commitment, and Connected - will strengthen you. You will gain a new sense of confidence and hope. You have the choice to be helpless and suffer or you can choose to empower yourself and face your difficulties as a winner.
