2 Be for the Child This morning I want to explore how emotional intelligence (EQ) can assist you to Be your best for your children
3 Emotions are Transformative Emotions are strong predictors of health, performance and well-being. They motivate us, they give us a sense of fulfillment and failure and what is right and wrong. They influence how we make decisions. And they are the foundation of healthy relationships. We can achieve these benefits by befriending our emotions and learning to use them as allies to help us understand, manage and use our emotions to create a life well lived.
