Peppers have vitamin K, which helps keep bones strong and healthy. Potatoes are like a power pack. Carbohydrates in potatoes give you energy like power from batteries.
2 radish Eat yourself smarter. Radishes contain riboflavin, which creates and produces energy for your brain. carrot Feel like a superhero. Vitamin A in carrots is good for your eyesight and helps you see well in the dark. mushrooms Keep your immune system stronger than the Hulk and fight off colds by getting enough Zinc, which you will get from mushrooms. broccoli Strong bones and muscles mean you can have more fun each day, so make sure you get the calcium you need to play. Corn is also used to make popped corn. Cucumbers are full of antioxidants and vitamins. If Mom has Sweet corn is safe to eat if you re looking for something gluten-free. dark rings under her eyes, give her two cucumber slices to put on her eyes when she sleeps.
6 fish Why don t fish like basketball? They re afraid of the net. Fish are very high in protein, which is good for keeping your whole body healthy. bread Say toast five times, fast. What do you put in a toaster? I hope you said bread. It s a natural painkiller and helps your muscles to relax after a long day being a superhero. eat and they re also very good for you. If you need help with digestion, plums are like adding super powers to your tummy.
8 rosemary The leaves of this herb are packed full of so much goodness like vitamin A, B, C, and essential oils that some people in the olden days used to think it was magic zucchini Zucchini s are power packed with Potassium, which is good for your heart. Love is also good for your heart. So love zucchini s and you ve got it made. squash Did you know that squash is actually a fruit, like the tomato, and not a vegetable? blackberry Blackberries have a lot of vitamin C in them.
