3 Homeopathic Information Homeopathy is a system of medicine that heals by energy rather than chemicals. Sugar pills, pellets, and water are used as carriers to transfer energetic information to the body to stimulate a healing response. The Role of the Vital Force: All living things have an integrated force that maintains and directs life. This is true whether that living thing is human, plant, or animal. This force is a form of energy that underpins all biophysical and biochemical processes, and separates living from non-living matter. The Vital Force is an energy that enables all living things to self-heal or to preserve life by adapting to environmental changes. In the case of the human body, the Vital Force directs the different body systems to function as a harmonious whole, in much the same way a conductor directs the separate parts of an orchestra to produce a single, pleasing piece of music. When a plant or animal is diseased, or when we become unwell, we often look to the symptoms as the cause of the problem. In reality, symptoms are only the secondary changes- products of a deeper disturbance. Apart from injury, the symptoms of disease and ill-health can only occur when there has been a disruption to the energetic Vital Force. This disruption can occur from psychic (mental rather than physical) shocks such as deep grief, prolonged anxiety, terror, disappointment, or even extreme joy. Physical shocks can come from infectious diseases, exposure to the elements, trauma, malnutrition, extreme exertion, and so on. The Vital Force, when disrupted energetically by one of these shocks, enters a struggle to regain its balance and preserve life. In the course of this struggle the Vital Force produces signs and symptoms. These are not the disturbance but only by products of the struggle. Homeopathic Strengths: Less is more in homeopathy. 30x is more dilute, but also more potent and therefore deeper acting than 6X. The benefit of 6X is that it requires less precision in selection and can be ideal for light, repeatable dosing. Lower potencies (6x, 12x, 30x) cover a wider range of symptoms, so are ideal if you are not certain that you have chosen the best remedy for your symptoms. Higher potencies require a more accurate selection to stimulate cure (200c). The higher the potency, the less often you need to dose. It is always best to STOP or reduce dosing when symptoms improve. If improvement slows or stops, you can re-dose with the same or next potency. They are more apt than low potencies to stimulate healing aggravations the body's responses to the healing stimuli, such as purging of mucus membranes after taking a sinus remedy.

4 General Guidelines: Creating Homeopathic (3x) Remedy using Herbal Tinctures Your herbal tincture is considered the mother remedy or 1x remedy. With this, you re able to create a homeopathic remedy that the body s immune response / vital force will respond to especially on a deeper cellular level. Basic instructions for creating a homeopathic remedy include: Use 1 drop of herbal tincture for every ounce of liquid. Create a solution consisting of 10% to 20% 100 proof vodka. (See the chart below.) Decrease these amounts by half if you re creating a 10% alcohol solution. Drop 1 drop of the herbal tincture for every ounce of the 20% solution into the bottle. Screw on cap or dropper and success 100 times on a book, preferably the scriptures, or your hand. Label the freshly succussed bottle as a 3x remedy. Include name of herb and date. Will last for years. A few hits to the hand before use may be necessary to help revive the remedy if it hasn t been used for some time. Note: The most beautiful part of being able to create a homeopathic remedy using herbs is having the ability to create a homeopathic homocord so it s able to hit all levels of the cell. (See creating a homeopathic homocord section.)

5 Creating Homeopathic (3x) Remedy using Homeopathic Beads Note it is possible to create a 3C using 6c pellets. By using 4 pellets in one oz of a 10% alcohol solution, it is potent enough that it creates a 3c. This will allow you to create that ideal 6x, 12x, 30x homocord. This is different than what I showed in the video. I showed that you can only start at a 9c because you have a 6c. Reviewing my notes from a class I took with my ND, I remembered this info that he shared with me. General Guidelines: Use 4 beads for every one ounce of a water solution consisting of 10-20% alcohol. (See chart on page 56.) Succuss 100 times. Test to see what potency it creates muscle test or use pendulum or feel it. Change number of beads, if necessary to create lowest potency. Note: A 3x can only be achieved if you have a 1x or 6c homeopathic remedy which can usually only be obtained from a naturopathic doctor. However, you can still dilute/strengthen and stretch out whatever homeopathic remedy you have, no matter the strength. Just remember that the more diluted it is, the more powerful it is and the more precisely it will need to be used in order to have the desired effect. Note: If remedy is low enough of a potency (1x, 3x, or 6c), it can be used to create a homocord - to hit all levels of cell. (See creating a homeopathic homocord section.)

Minerals are the foundation for enzyme activity in the body and serve as catalysts in energy cycles and functions. For example, the body must first have minerals to make vitamins or make use of vitamins regardless of the source. (An herbal tincture or a 1x, 3x, or 6c homeopathic remedy, etc.) Line up 9, 1 oz tincture bottles and one 4 oz (or 8 oz) tincture bottle. (Set aside 4 oz (or 8 oz) bottle for final solution.) Fill each bottle with a solution of 10-20% 80 proof alcohol by pouring in right amount of 80 proof vodka then filling up rest with water. (See alcohol chart on page 67.) Temporary label each bottle in this order: o 3x, 6x, 9x, 12x, 15x, 18x, 21x, 24x, 27x (don t label final (4 oz or 8 oz) bottle yet) o (Note: if you re starting with a 3x remedy, begin dilution after that a 6x you ve already got the 3x so you d be creating a homocord on the next level up.) line up - 9, one oz bottles Have 1, 4 oz bottle sitting at end of line up.

(See chart on page 56.) Use one drop of 3x remedy in 6x bottle for every ounce. Work your way down the line one drop of 6x solution for every ounce in 9x bottle and success 100 times; one drop of 9x solution for every ounce in 12x bottle and success 100 times; etc until you reach finish the 27x bottle. Pull forward your 3x, 9x, and 27x. Place a drop from each one of these, for every 1 ounce, in your final bottle (the 4 oz or 8 oz bottle). Test to see if you need to add some of the cell salt homocord. Test how many drops usually one for every ounce. See testing instructions section to see how to test. Close bottle & succuss 100 times. You now have a 6x, 12x, 30x solution that contains full cellular support from the extra catalyst. Note: Now test to see if any other herbal, nutritional, or detox support remedies are needed. Note: Almost always, a detox herb or homeopathic detox remedy will be needed to help support the lymph system. (Dandelion, Burdock, Red Clover, Cleavers, etc.)
