2 The is a required component of the quality system within WorldSkills International. The is a road map (tasks, timing, responsibility, etc) for the successful running and management of each skill competition. The Skill Management Team (JP, CE & DCE) is responsible for producing it by C -5 and submitting it to the Chair and/or Vice Chair of the Technical Committee.
