1 December 2007 Mid-Michigan CPCU Newsletter President s Forum By Sherry McKenzie, CPCU Those members who attended the Conferment Reception on November 13 enjoyed encouraging comments from Roger Looyenga, chairman and CEO of Auto-Owners Insurance Company, as well as the conferment ceremony and speech by Doug Holtz, vice president of the National CPCU Society. Good Works Project Our good works project is the organization Families of SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). You can make a donation at the December meeting. We will be hearing more about this organization at the luncheon from Mallory Armbrustmacher, 12-year-old daughter of Ken Armbrustmacher, president of the SMA organization.
