12 Parking Volunteers will park at St. Mary s University (on the grass field behind the school) Volunteer shuttle buses powered by Telesat will run continuously throughout the day between St. Mary s University and Canyon Meadows Volunteers will enter through the main admissions tent Parking in the volunteer lot is only permitted on days you are volunteering For parking on days you are not on shift, shuttles powered by Telesat will run from Anderson LRT station during the following times: Wednesday & Thursday - 6:30 AM until one hour after the completion of play Friday through Sunday - 8:00 AM until one hour after the completion of play

13 Volunteer Centre Located between the 1 st and 7 th holes Hours of Operation: Monday & Tuesday 7:00 am 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thursday 5:45 am 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:45 am 4:45 pm Please do not use the Volunteer Centre on days you are not volunteering No guests permitted in Volunteer Centre

14 Volunteer Centre Meals will be provided on certain days in the ServiceNow Volunteer Centre Only volunteers working on that specific day can receive the meal Read the daily newsletter to keep you up to date check your ! Will contain details on when meals will be provided Week long charity raffle with all proceeds going to over 155 Alberta children & youth charities Also daily draw giveaways! All remaining volunteer apparel will be on sale Shift check-in location will be communicated by your committee chair

18 Mobile Device & Camera Policy Keep your mobile device on silent while on the grounds Video recording is not permitted on the grounds Photography is only allowed during Pro-Am rounds on Wednesday, August 30 th and Thursday, August 31 st If you notice spectators taking photos Friday Sunday remind them that photography is not allowed on the grounds during tournament days; if they continue to take photos please notify your committee chair Please refrain from taking photos while on shift

19 Smoking & Alcohol Smoking Policy Volunteers should refrain from smoking near spectators while wearing a volunteer uniform. Alcohol Policy Please refrain from drinking alcohol while on shift. Beer is available for purchase in the Volunteer Centre for after your shift.

20 Weather Plan Weather Warning horn sound volunteers should notify spectators around their location that dangerous weather is in the area. One prolonged note of an air horn Signifies a dangerous situation (lightning) Two short notes of an air horn Signals that play will be resumed The ServiceNow Volunteer Centre is not a shelter during lightning. If there is lightning, please return back to the busses to be taken to your car Prior to 2:00 PM Please wait in your car for further instruction After 2:00 PM Most volunteers are free to return home! Some committees will need to be available if play resumes and your committee chair will let you know.

21 Final Tips Wear comfortable shoes. Check the weather forecast before your leave for you shift and dress accordingly. Bring sunscreen & bug spray. Remember to put your phone on silent when you enter the grounds. Have fun and enjoy the experience!
