2 NC Flow balancing valves NC Flow is designed for balancing heating and cooling systems. Incorrectly balanced flow is a common cause of poor efficiency in installations. With no need for special training, NC Flow can be used to quickly achieve accurate balancing of the installation. NC Flow balancing valves incorporate integrated flow meters which constantly measure the actual flow rate. The flow meter scale can be fully rotated allows easy reading in any position even when the valve body is fully insulated. Because the liquid does not pass through the flow indicator there is no risk of contamination; the flow can therefore still be read continuously a long time after installation. The flow profile at the inlet of NC Flow balancing valves is no different from that of the valve body. All that is needed therefore is a straight piece of pipe of the same diameter and length as the balancing valve to connect to the inlet. 2

It supplies the ventilation system cooling unit and fan coolers in conference rooms and solariums NC Flow balancing valves are also suitable for use in manifold chambers for larger groundsource heating systems to balance the flow in the bore holes. They are equally good for balancing the heating system in apartment blocks.
