2 Simple HIPE Cream A basic formulation to demonstrate the HIPE concept. A HIPEgel Aqua Isopropyl Palmitate, 6.0 Alchemy Ingredients Polyglyceryl-3 Oleate, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate A Dermofeel Hydrogenated Vegetable 0.5 Dr. Straetmans Viscolid Oil A Water Aqua A Glycerin Glycerin A Epsom salts Magnesium Sulphate B Water Aqua C Euxyl PE 9010 Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin 0.5 Schulke & Mayr Mix together all the components of Phase A, stir by hand and heat at 75 C until the mixture resembles a light, homogenous lotion. Add Phase B at room temperature and transfer onto an overhead mixer fitted with a propeller blade. Stir at approximately 1000rpm for 1-2 minutes, the mixture will gradually thicken and make a smooth, shiny cream. Add Phase C and mix well for a further minute.
