2 Palm Oil Free Palm Oil and its derivatives are present in about 70% of cosmetic and personal care products, not to mention its wide use in other industries such as food, pharma, biodiesels, washing powders etc. Due to the high global demand for this oil, large areas of forests have been cleared to make room for palm oil plantations, destroying the natural habitat of Orangutans which are now critically endangered as a result. In an attempt to reduce deforestation as well as pollution and threats to endangered species, Infinity Ingredients is delighted to offer a range of alternative palm oil free materials. Where this is not possible we offer RSPO Certified Ingredients. Please see below.

3 Palm Oil Free Celus-Bi Esters (INCI: Tripelargonin). Unique and innovative high technology esters from renewable European crops. Using an eco-friendly process from raw materials aimed at respecting biodiversity, these natural esters are not only palm oil free but fully biodegradable and sustainable. Three grades are available: Celus-Bi Light Ester (INCI: Tripelargonin) is a natural alternative to synthetic esters such as Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride. This high spreading oil provides a silky and glossy feel with emollient properties and good absorption, making it ideal for use in skin and hair care applications. Recommended usage level 25% Celus-Bi Rich Ester (INCI: Pentaerythrytyl Tertapelargonate) is a natural alternative to synthetic esters such as Octyldodecanol. This low spreading oil provides a smooth skin feel with film forming properties, making it ideal for use in skin and make-up applications. Recommended usage level 4% Celus-Bi Silky Ester (INCI: Neopentyl Glycol Dicapelargonate) is a natural alternative to synthetic esters such as C1215 Alkyl Benzoate, Isononyl Isononanoate and Cyclopentasiloxane. This high spreading oil provides a soft and silky skin feel with emollient properties and good absorption, making it ideal for use in skin and hair care applications. Recommended usage level 12% Dermofeel viscolid palm oil free (INCI: Hydrogenated Rapeseed Oil) is a natural oil thickener derived from Rape Seed oil and supplied in a powder format with a melting point of approx. 60 C. It is used to convert liquid oils into soft, creamy textures. The resulting product is an elegant soft oil paste that is easily applied on the skin without smearing and dripping. It can be used in jars or with a pump dispenser. A gel texture is essential to obtain stable formulations. There is no influence on the sensorial profile of the oils which makes it ideal for massage oils. Dermofeel viscolid has been tested with various oils and is compatible with plant oils as well as ester oils, mineral oil and silicones. The thickening effect is based on a delicate network of fine lipid crystals that, upon contact with the skin, melt and form a liquid phase with the sensorial profile of the oil mixture used. Recommended use level: % Dermofeel GSC palm oil free (INCI: Glyceryl Stearate Citrate) is a PEG-free emulsifier based on Rape Seed oil that is ideal for the prevention of phototoxical effects in sun care products and products exposed to sunlight. The high melting point provides extra thermo-stability. Recommended use level: 1 4% Dermofeel Easymuls Plus (INCI: Glyceryl Oleate Citrate). A powerful O/W-emulsifier for low viscosity and sprayable concepts. A single ingredient emulsifier that is cold-processable and effective at low dosage, without any co-emulsifier. Based on sunflower oil, it is suitable for palm oil free and vegan formulations. Recommended use level: 1 4% (as main emulsifier) and 0.5-1% (as co-emulsifier).

4 RSPO-Certified Ingredients We are proud to be a member of Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). Therefore, for those ingredients where non palm oil source is commercially and technically not possible, we offer products based on certified sustainable palm oil. There are 3 different certification levels given by the RSPO: Book & Claim (B&C): Tradable credits of certified sustainable palm oil to be used on the world market, known under the name of RSPO credits. Mass Balance (MB): Certified sustainable palm oil is mixed in with conventional palm oil, but monitored administratively. Segregation (SG): 100% certified sustainable palm oil from different certified sources that is kept separate from conventional palm oil throughout the supply chain and is fully traceable. 5 Antioxidants Dermofeel Ascorbyl Palmitate MB (INCI: Ascorbyl Palmitate) supports the application of Tocopherols (Dermofeel Toco 70, Dermofeel E 67, Dermofeel E 74 A) to help stabilise cosmetic formulations. Recommended use level: 0.1 1% Alternative Preservatives Dermosoft DGMC MB (INCI: Polyglyceryl-2 Caprate) is a co-emulsifier that can be used as a deo active ingredient due to its activity against gram-positive bacterias. Recommended use level: 0.5 1% Dermosoft GMC MB (INCI: Glyceryl Caprate) gives excellent activity against gram positive bacteria) so is ideal for use in natural deodorant formulations and also shows good performance in W/O emulsions. Recommended use level: 0.5 1% Dermosoft GMCY MB (INCI: Glyceryl Caprylate) derived from Coconut and Palm oil, GMCY MB is a basic component for alternative preservation. Recommended inclusion level is 0.3 1%. However, we recommend 0.3% in combination with Dermosoft 1388 (or 688 and 700 B) at a ph of Dermosoft GMCY at 1% is sufficient to preserve on its own, however at this high level it can affect emulsion stability and as such, is not recommended. Recommended use level: 0.3 1% Dermosoft LP MB (INCI: Caprylyl Glycol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Glycerin, Phenylpropanol) is a clear, colourless liquid with a broad efficacy activity against gram negative and positive bacteria, yeasts and moulds. Recommended use level: % for O/W emulsions and colour cosmetics. ph restrictions apply ( ). Dermosoft MCA Variante MB (INCI: Caprylyl Glycol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Dipropylene Glycol) is a blend with excellent, broad spectrum antimicrobial properties for perfume-free and fragrancefree product concepts. Easy handling with low use concentration. Recommended use level: 0.5% 1.0%. Natural Antibacterial Dermosoft decalact MB (INCI: Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate) is a natural agent with antimicrobial properties. Highly effective against microorganisms causing skin disorders like acne and athletes foot. Natural and mild replacement for Triclosan and Climbazole. Recommended use level: 0.5% 2.0%. Dermosoft decalact deo MB (INCI: Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate; Triethylcitrate; Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil). For natural 24h deodorants where at 0.5% Dermosoft Decalact Deo was found to outperform synthetic deodorant actives. Recommended use level: 0.5% 2.0%. Dermosoft decalact liquid MB (INCI: Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate; Triethylcitrate). Easy to handle liquid version of Dermosoft decalact. Recommended use level: 0.5% 2.0%.

6 O/W Emulsifiers Dermofeel GSC MB/SG (INCI: Glyceryl Stearate Citrate) is a PEG-free emulsifier, ideal for the prevention of phototoxical effects in sun care products and products exposed to sunlight. The high melting point provides extra thermo-stability. Recommended use level: 1 4% Dermofeel PP MB/SG (INCI: Polyglyceryl-3 Palmitate) is a highly effective emulsifier. Due to its chemical structure it covers a wide HLB-range and that causes a very large stability of emulsions. Why not try this material in a PEG-free selfemulsifying bath oil? Recommended use level: 3 6% Dermofeel PS MB/SG (INCI: Polyglyceryl-3 Stearate) is a very effective emulsifier. Due to its chemical structure it covers a wide HLB-range to provide excellent stability to emulsions. Because of its high melting point the formed gel- and net-structures are also stable at higher temperatures. Can be used in combination with Dermosoft Octiol to regulate viscosity. Recommended use level: 2 4% Dermofeel SL MB/SG (INCI: Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate) is a multi-purpose cosmetic additive. Due to its amphiphilic character it can be used as co-emulsifier, co-surfactant, or in hair care products. It can be used in combination with Dermosoft Octiol to regulate viscosity. Recommended use level: 2 4% Symbio muls GC MB (INCI: Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Caprylate) consists of Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Cetearyl Alcohol and Glyceryl Caprylate, supplied in a small pellet format for convenience and easy dosage. Glyceryl Stearate Citrate is a well-known and powerful anionic emulsifier. Cetearyl Alcohol is widely used as a co-emulsifier and consistency enhancer. Glyceryl Caprylate can be found in many formulations and is used for its wetting properties and antimicrobial effectiveness. This product also provides a number of surprising additional technical advantages, including better dispersibility at lower temperatures and quick formation of homogenous and fine dispersions at temperatures of 40 C and above. All components are produced from sustainable materials and in accordance with all relevant natural cosmetic standards. On top of its excellent emulsifying properties, Symbio muls GC MB provides a basic antimicrobial effect that enables you to lower the amount of preservatives. In many cases, the additional use of Dermosoft products offers possibilities to formulate without traditional preservatives. Recommended use level: 3 6% Symbio muls Rich MB (INCI: Polyglyceryl-3 Stearate, Behenyl Alchohol, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate Helianthus Annuus Seed Cera, Glyceryl Caprate, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil) is a naturally-derived, easy to use O/W-emulsifier blend. Each blend component contributes to the rich texture, skin feel and the caring sensorial profile of the resulting emulsions. There is no need for further stabilisers or co-emulsifiers in the oil phase and it provides an antimicrobial boosting effect. Its exceptional performance allows the production of stable emulsions within a wide range of viscosities and oil-concentrations. Recommended use level: 5-7% Symbio prot M MB (INCI: Sodium Citrate, Hydrolyzed Milk Protein, Magnesium Stearate, Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba (Guar) Gum, Xanthan Gum). Based on milk protein, this innovative O/W-emulsifier blend is highly effective at low dosage. It creates medium to high viscous emulsions with a moisturising, light skin feel. No additional gelling agents needed. Suitable for hot-hot, cold, one pot manufacturing. Recommended inclusion level: 2-5% Symbio prot ML MB (INCI: Sodium Citrate, Hydrolyzed Milk Protein, Magnesium Stearate, Xanthan Gum). The milk-protein based emulsifier blend for sprayable or liquid O/W emulsions. Creates emulsions with a very light and non-greasy skin feel. Balanced combination of ingredients with no need for further gelling agents. Very versatile in manufacturing procedure. Recommended inclusion level: 2 4% Symbio prot V MB (INCI: Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Stearate, Xanthan Gum). This emulsifier blend is based on plant protein and suitable for vegan cosmetics. For O/W emulsions with liquid to light jar textures with a special skin feel. Its stability against radical oxidations makes it a highly interesting material for sun care products. (INCI: PCA Glyceryl Oleate). A plant derived hair and skin conditioner for certified natural cosmetics. It improves the smoothness and feel of the hair with a measurable combing force reduction of up to 50%* as well as providing a positive influence on foam quality and the viscosity of formulations. (INCI: Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Cetyl Ricinoleate, Glyceryl Caprate, Cera Alba (Bees Wax)), Magnesium Stearate) W/O emulsifier blend with a synergistic mixture of emulsifiers, waxes and stabilisers that is free of Aluminium compounds and naturally compliant. 8 Solubilisers Dermofeel G 6 L MB (INCI: Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate) is a co-emulsifier made from natural raw materials with excellent cosmetic properties. Due to its excellent good eye and skin compatibility, its pleasant skin-feel and outstanding detergence, Dermofeel G 6 L MB can be used for sensitive skin, baby care products, facial cleansing, as well as a solubiliser for alcohol-free watery solutions (i.e. perfumes), and for natural bath oils. Recommended use level: 1 2% Dermofeel G 6 CY MB (INCI: Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate) is a multipurpose, non-ionic surfactant. It is an excellent oil solubiliser with good wetting properties. Made from renewable raw materials, it is used as food additive and is fully bio-degradable. Recommended use level: 1 3% Dermofeel G 10 L MB (INCI: Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate) powerful solubiliser and, that can be also used as an effective emulsifier in sprayable O/W-emulsions with low viscosity. Recommended use level: 1 3% Dermofeel G 10 LW MB (INCI: Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Aqua) is a co-emulsifier made from natural raw materials with excellent cosmetic properties in form of a 50% watery solution. Due to its excellent eye and skin compatibility, its pleasant skin feel and outstanding detergence, Dermofeel G 10 LW MB can be used for baby care products and face cleansing, as well as an emulsifier for low-viscosity O/W-emulsions and roll-on emulsions. Recommended use level: 1 2% Symbio solv clear plus MB (INCI: Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Aqua, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Glyceryl Caprylate, Citric Acid, Polyglyceryl-6 Oleate, Sodium Surfactin). Symbio solv clear plus MB is the next generation of a powerful naturally derived solubiliser blend for transparent cosmetic products. The improved recipe provides a powerful PEG-free alternative for the formulation with and without alcohol.
