Never get tired of doing little things for others, Sometime those little things occupy the biggest part of their hearts. Alabama Peter Upton, husband of Delta Gamma chapter member Linda Upton, Florence, Al is currently in the hospital. He has been diagnosed with dementia. He will be going to rehab and then to assisted living. They would appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Congratulations to Wendy on her new Granddaughter. Wendy's address is: 888 East Clinton, #1083, Phoenix, AZ Arkansas Just a note to let you know Janice and Brian Davis, both Delta Nu Chapter (Vilonia) members, need our prayers. Janice's mother, Norma Updegraff, was hospitalized this weekend. Norma had a stint put in and more surgery is needed, but they are delaying that due to problems with kidneys. Right now Norma is at Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital in Mattoon, IL - Room 207. Janice left Vilonia this weekend to go home to be with her mother.

2 Ashley Brown s stepfather is in need of prayers. He was rushed to the hospital and was admitted for surgery. He is in critical condition. California Bonnie Reback, of Beta Zeta Chapter 4137, was in ICU at Redwood Memorial Hospital, She had to have emergency surgery, but was able to go home last Friday. The latest news is that she is recuperating, doing good and glad to be home. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Virginia Leabo - Epsilon Rho Chapter 2106 says, "My dear Daughter-in-law Rhonda (mother of Lauren and Parker) was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She began her treatments last Thursday, 2 targeted drugs combined with chemo. There will be 6 rounds of this. Then, they will surgically remove what is left. Please keep Rhonda in your prayers...she is a dear and faithful lady. No cards are required, prayers are the strength that is needed. Thank you. Dee Rogers - Epsilon Rho Chapter #2106: Dee is currently at her daughter Jody's home and is looking into a future care facility. Our next appointment is in 6 weeks. Louisiana Cathy Lagaccia s (Beta Gamma) daughter-in-law Malou Generes has passed after her battle with cancer. Minnesota Gary Oman, husband of Pat Oman of Beta Sigma chapter, has had surgery on his back. He has developed some issues that will require more surgery in December to correct them. Currently he is receiving post surgical care and therapy at a rehabilitation facility. 4 Vianne Colgan had surgery Wednesday to put a plate in her right wrist. She had it done at the Surgical Center & is home resting. Vianne Colgan, 2716 Lamar Ave Grand Island, Ne Karl Kostbahn fell & injured his arm & shoulder after a wonderful vacation. He went to Dr yesterday & will have a MRI next Monday. Karl Kostbahn, 2204 Woodridge Court Grand Island Ne, Oklahoma Carolyn Womack is in St Frances Hospital. She is having bleeding issues and needs to be stabilized before further testing can be performed. Please keep Carolyn and her sister Melba Spain in our prayers. Avenue, Tulsa OK Texas Natalie Brown, Epsilon Eta, Iowa Park, has had knee replacement surgery and is not able to put any weight on her foot as stem cell replacement was done. This is a relatively new procedure and uses her own cells. It was about 2 1/2 weeks ago and she is doing well but going crazy and trying to do what she can in her recliner to help out with the chapters crafts for the Nov. Board meeting. I know that she would appreciate any cards of encouragement that she received. She hopes to be able to attend the November meeting. Loretta Smalley's (Alpha Theta) significant other, Kenny Setala, will be having triple bypass heart surgery tomorrow, October 9th. Please keep him in your prayers.
