2 DENZIL L. ANTONIO Denzil started his soccer career at the age of 13 in Cleveland, Ohio. During this time soccer was in its infancy stage and finding pick-up games was next to impossible. Denzil wanted soccer in his life more than anything and did whatever it took to play the game. His passion eventually led him to become a four year starter at The University of Akron from 1981 to During this time, he made appearances in 8 playoff games and several tournaments including the Duke Fall Classic. After graduation, Denzil coached different levels of soccer including high school, club and professional teams. He was also the director of youth development for the Canton Invaders Summer Camp. During Denzil's time with the Canton Invaders Camps his duties included: generating new camp sites, acquiring sponsors and strengthening team curriculum and recruitment skills. He is currently the director of coaching and a coach for the Akron Metro Futbol Club. Additionally, he serves as the owner of a Sports Specialties Group, an organization that provides coaching services to the community, high school and premier soccer programs in Northeastern Ohio.

3 GIANFRANCO BORRONI Gianfranco has played soccer semiprofessionally in Sacile, Italy and played in the Lake Erie Soccer League of Cleveland for 18 years. He obtained a C coaching license in 1974 and continued on to obtain his A and B licenses in 1975 and Gianfranco began his coaching career as the head coach for Walsh College in In 1988, he went on to coach Orange High School. He continued coaching with the Laurel High School for Girls in Gianfranco has had many other soccer related accomplishments over the years. In 1991, he had the opportunity to be a USSF delegate to the FIFA congress in Zurich, Switzerland. Also in 1991 Gianfranco was the Head of Delegation for the USSF Women's National Team for the '91 World Cup in China. He is proudly a founding member of the United States Amateur Soccer Association and the USASA Soccer Festival. And lastly, he had the honor to sign the first ever marketing agreement between the United States Soccer Foundation and United States Adult Soccer Association. Gianfranco is currently an assistant coach for Hathaway Brown High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

4 TERRANCE V. CAMPBELL Originally from Trinidad, Terrance has over fifty years of experience as a player, referee, instructor, assignor and assessor. He played and lettered at Howard University where he earned a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. After his college playing days were over, Terrance played in the amateur leagues in Washington D.C. and Pittsburgh. In 1975, he began officiating in the Lake Erie Soccer League and NCAA Division I, II, and III. Terrance began his professional referee career with the Cleveland Cobras of the American Soccer League. He also officiated in the North American Soccer League, Major Indoor Soccer League, and the American Indoor Soccer Association which later became the National Professional Soccer League. He currently serves on the Ohio North State Referee Committee as the State Director of Assessing. Terrence also served as the state referee administrator and as a board member of the Ohio Soccer Association North. To commend him for his years of loyalty he was inducted in the Ohio Youth Soccer Association North in 2010.

5 KEN CONSELYEA Ken has been officiating for over 35 years for all different levels of soccer. In 1992, 1994, and 1996, Ken was awarded the Meritorious Award by the Ohio High School Athletic Association. Ken received a life membership from The Dayton Area Soccer Officials Association, honoring his years of service as a referee by becoming a designated member. In 2000, he was named one of the Top 100 Soccer Leaders in Ohio by Major League Soccer. Five years later, the "Ken Conselyea Award was established by the Ohio South State Referee Committee to annually recognize a person who has contributed to the game of soccer as a referee, assessor, instructor or administrator. Ken was inducted into the United States Adult Soccer Association Hall of Fame in Also in 2007, he received a recognition award for having more than 16 years of continuous dedication and service as an officer of the Midwest Region of the United States Adult Soccer Association. Ken is presently the secretary for the Midwest Region of the United States Adult Soccer Association and the chairman for the United States Adult Soccer Association Credentials Committee. Additionally, Ken is currently the President of the Southern Ohio Adult Soccer Association. He is also a member of the Ohio South State Referee Committee and the Ohio Soccer Hall of Fame Committee.

6 ADAM HETZEL Adam began playing soccer when he was a young boy in Yugoslavia during the 1930's. He moved to Germany in 1949 where he played for FC Winnenden in the juniors league. In 1952, Adam moved to Cleveland, Ohio and began playing for a German Club named Bayern. Unfortunately, during his second year with Bayern, Adam suffered an injury that ended his playing career. After he stopped playing, Adam became involved with the Donauschwaben organization and was a member of their Concordia Soccer Club. In 1962, he was elected as manager of their Major division and soon after became their coach in Adam coached the Majors until his retirement in 1989, when he was elected President of Concordia Soccer Club. During his three years as President, he brought the Edelweiss Soccer club and the Leonding Soccer Club from Austria to the United States for a playing tour. In 1992, Adam became the treasurer of the Lake Erie Soccer League and continues to serve in this capacity today.

7 TOM KONDAS Tom's soccer career includes several titles including: coach, player, referee, and administrator. Between 1966 and 2002, he had played with numerous teams such as German Club Edelweis, Dayton Aviators, Edelweiss Old Timers, and Ohio South over 40. Tom started his officiating career when he was the first appointed Soccer Referee Assessor (SRA) for Southern Ohio by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). By 1969 he was certified as a USSF referee able to officiate games on the state level. Tom founded the first local USSF affiliated referee organization and obtained certification from the Ohio High School Athletic Association that made it the exclusive organization to officiate high school games. He served as President of the Ohio- Indiana-Kentucky Soccer Association from 1978 to During this period he successfully persuaded Indiana and Kentucky to affiliate with the USSF. In 1989, Tom was appointed by USSF as chairman of the first ad-hoc committee for the Amateur Division Insurance Coverage. Tom has won several awards in his career including: the O.S.A.S. Exceptional Service Award in 1981, the Ed Socrates Award in 1985, Tipp City youth coaching award in1997, and the Founders Cup Award in However, the most significant award he achieved came in 2006 when he won the Ken Conselyea Award.

8 JIM MARTELLA Jim has been involved with youth soccer for 37 years. Over those years he has held many positions from coach to administrator. In the early years of his involvement, Jim took on a grassroots level position by coaching six year olds. Jim was one of the founding members of the Ohio South Youth Soccer Association and has held the position of Executive Director for the last 22 years. From 1992 to 1998, he was the U.S. Youth Soccer Region II Championship Chairman. Jim currently serves as the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship chairman. In 2001, he was recognized by the International Olympic Committee as an outstanding volunteer. He has earned several awards in his lifetime including the US Youth Soccer Region II Angus Cameron Award in Jim's dedication and commitment to the youth soccer community was rewarded in 2010 when he received the US Youth Soccer Administrator of the Year Award for his 40 years of dedication and integrity.

9 JIM REUTHER Jim began his soccer career in 1988 officiating for the youth soccer community. He later moved on to the Columbus Premier Soccer League in Also in 1990, Jim got involved with the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA). In the fall of 1991, he began officiating at the college level for leagues such as the Big Ten, Ohio Athletic, and North Coast Atlantic Conferences. He was elected Vice President of the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Officials Association in 1992 and later that year he was promoted to USSF state referee. Jim's hard work and dedication was honored in 1994 then he won the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association "Coaches Outstanding Referee Award." In 2000, Jim received the Major League Soccer Top- 100 Soccer Leaders in Ohio Award. Since joining the NISOA, Jim has held many positions within the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association including: Fees Chair, National Clinician, Ethics and Grievance Chair, and finally National Assessor. In 2002, Jim was elected CASOA President and also began his career as a Referee Liaison with Major League Soccer and the Columbus Crew. When the Women's World Cup came to Columbus, Jim had the chance to work as a Referee Liaison. Jim has won numerous awards in his career, notably the MLS Event Observer of the Year Award, SOASA President's Award, OCSOA Distinguished Honor Award, and CASOA Distinguished Honor Award.

10 KERRI BETH SARVER Keri started playing soccer in 1988 and has had a love for the game ever since. During Keri's time at Jackson High School, she became the all-time team leader for goals, assists and points. She was a 3-time Regional All- American, an Akron Beacon Journal Athlete and Player of the Year. After high school, Keri Beth attended the University of Maryland where she continued to excel at the game. While playing for the Terrapin's, Keri not only held every major offensive school record in women's soccer, she was also named the Maryland Female Student Athlete of the Year. In 2002, she was one of the top 50 former ACC players to be named to its 50th Anniversary team. Upon graduating from the University of Maryland, Keri continued to play the sport she loved by playing semi-professionally and later professionally. She started her professional career with the Cleveland Eclipse of the W-League. After seven years in the W- League, Ken moved up to the Women's United Soccer Association and played for the Washington Freedom, New York Power, and Carolina Courage. When her playing days had come to an end, Keri took on a new challenge: coaching. From 1996 to 1997 Keri was part of the coaching staff for the Midwest Region Olympic Development Program. In 2005, Keri dedicated herself to the Pinnacle Sports Soccer Program in Medina, Ohio, where she was responsible for training girls and boys ages In 2009, she was awarded the USYSA Girls Competitive National Coach of the year along with Ohio Youth

11 Soccer Association North Girls Competitive Coach of the year. Currently, Keri is an assistant coach for the Cleveland Internationals Women's League in Cleveland, Ohio, a USSF Youth Scout, and the Director of Coaching for the Internationals Soccer Club in Cleveland, Ohio.
