5 CAD/CAM today the machine fabrication assumes human form ZENOTEC T1 demonstrates what can be accomplished during milling today in confined spaces with fully automated fabrication: altogether 7 axes are available to T1 for processing. Where conventional systems are struggling with the basics of dentistry with 3+1, 3+2 or similar calculations, T1 mills simultaneously along 5 axes. Instead of the hitherto traverse paths with edges and corners, T1 simulates human handling in a new dimension. At a high speed of 100,000 rpm the Jaeger Hybrid Spindle achieves an unrivalled precision and speed during dry milling, which is not only beneficial to the work piece but also saves time and material. 2 further axes are used decoupled, to organise the disc logistics one to the stack, the other to rotate the stack.
