Checkup requires Single Blood Sample and Urine Sample & ECG as per package chosen. 3. Maintaining hours Complete Fast is Compulsory (i.e., No Food Item, Tea, Coffee, Milk or excessive Water) & preferably avoid stress/exercise before giving blood. 4. Home collection will be arranged as follows: a) The appointment will be given 1 day before visit to your house b) Thyrocare will call and fix a suitable appointment c) In event that the day given is unsuitable another appointment will be made at a later date (again 1 day in advance) d) Suitable appointment will be given on First come-first serve basis and location grouping e) The home collection drive will continue till all registered participants are serviced f) Collection times are allotted between 08:00 am to 11:00 am. 13.
