2 WELCOME If you are preparing for the NFL Combine and/or your college Pro Day, Xplode Athletics and HIT Center Austin would like to invite you to join our 2016 Combine Class in Austin, TX. We understand the importance of your testing day and have put together a comprehensive, structured program that will have you confident and ready to perform your best. You will be taught the optimal techniques for each drill, supplemented with a performance training program that will propel your draft ranking. Xplode Athletics and HIT Center Austin s partnership forms one of the country s top combine programs. Our facilities provide an elite training environment and incorporates the latest technology in performance training. The true advantage lies in our education and experiences. 4 RESULTS Your evaluation at the NFL Combine and/or college pro day has a huge impact on draft day. It s important that you choose a training facility that makes you a priority, We work tirelessly to make sure you are confident and ready to perform. Every athlete begins our program with comprehensive testing to individualize programing and measure results. We focus our training on developing maximum strength and power. Power is the combination of speed and strength, the primary characteristics needed to perform these tests well. Together with the optimal technique for each drill, athletes can expect significant improvements in a short 6 week training cycle. *Includes results for all positions Drill Average Results Vertical Jump 3.9 increase Broad Jump 7 increase 40 Yard Dash.47 increase 20 Yard Shuttle.31sec decrease 3 Cone Drill.31sec decrease Bench Press 7 rep increase

5 PROGRAM Every Program Includes 6 Weeks of Combine Specific Training - Comprehensive Pre-Training Evaluation and Mock Combine - Self-Myofascial Release and Corrective Exercise - 40 Yard Dash Speed Development and Start Technique - Combine-Specific Agility Training and Technique (Pro Shuttle and L-Drill) - Lower Body Strength/Power Development Designed to Complement Speed Goals and Increase Vertical and Broad Jump - Upper Body Strength Training and Technique for 225lb Bench Press Test - Position Drills Several Add-Ons Available at Additional Cost - Supplements and Meals - Massage and Active Release Therapy - Wonderlic and Interview Prep - Additional Training Weeks

6 FACILITY Hit Center Austin operates in a 25,000 square-foot sports facility, utilizing 29,000 square-feet of indoor and auxillary outdoor turf fields, and 3,000 sq/ft sand pit. We also offer a full weight room, some of which includes: - Squat Racks, Olympic Lifting Platforms and Free Weights - High-Speed Woodway Treadmills, inlcuding The Force and The ELG - Sleds and other Speed Equipment - Bod Pod - Electronic Timers - Sports Vision Equipment

7 SCHEDULE We design our program around an intense 4 day regimen. Two workouts are conducted each training day, starting with on-field instruction and drills to perfect each test. Athletes then proceed to the weight room to further maximize their speed, explosiveness, and strength. Days off are reserved as active recovery days and may also include meetings on technique, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. *Subject to Change 6 Week NFL Combine/Pro Day Training Program Starts: Monday, January 4th, 2016 We advise NFL Combine athletes to arrive in Austin by Sunday, January 3rd, Athletes should reserve transportation and living accommodations for Austin based on this schedule. Registration remains open past start date for pro day athletes. 8 LOCATION Training takes place in Austin, TX at HIT Center Austin. Known as the The Live Music Capital of the World, and home of the UT Longhorns. Austin has a mild climate that makes this an ideal setting for combine training. During your stay, your schedule will primarily revolve around your weekly training, but athletes are free to spend recovery days exploring this exciting, multi-cultural city. *ACCOMMODATIONS We recommend out of town athletes stay at Extended Stay America, located 2.5 miles from our facility. Grab-N-Go breakfast is included with your stay. In addition, we will provide athletes with transportation to and from the training facility from this location. *We can assist with these, or other accommodations, but athletes and/or representation, are responsible for reserving and paying Extended Stay America, or any other housing arrangements, directly.
