5 INFINIT CANADA RESCUE PROTEIN Often sore and achy? Not hitting PR's routinely? Rescue will change that! $58.95! Just protein is not enough if you expect to recover fully from your daily WOD's. Rescue of course starts with protein, 25 g, the majority coming from New Zealand Whey Isolate which has the strongest amino acid profile of any protein on the market. 6 ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT GENEVIEVE LUSSIER Genevieve is one of the Original Gangsters of my morning classes since I starting coaching at CrossFit Vernon. This hard working young lady is always early to classes, whether it s working on mobility and warming up, or chipping away at weaknesses. Not only does Genevieve show up early, she is almost always the last one to leave, staying after class to work on her gymnastics. It s always a pleasure to coach clients like Genevieve, she always busts her butt in classes and has a genuine will to learn and be better as an athlete. Genevieve is almost always smiling, there might be a few French words of frustration after a hard workout but then she's right back to her big smiling self to carry on the day. She often reminds me to smile, her positivity is most definitely contagious not only to me but everyone she is surrounded by in class. Plus French last names are just cooler in general.. Keep up the hard work and positive energy! -Coach Cole
