Fitness Centre Orientation - No Charge Receive a complimentary orientation to the Fitness Centre. This includes a tour of the facility, a brief explanation of cardiovascular and weight equipment, as well as a handout on proper gym etiquette and Frequently Asked Questions. Also learn about other services and programs that are offered in the Fitness Centre. To book an appointment, please speak with Fitness Centre staff or call Basic Program Design - $60 This option consists of a one hour session with a certified trainer, including a basic program design and one on one exercise demonstration and supervision. Personal Training Personal Training is one of the best means to help you successfully achieve your goals. Our certified trainers have the knowledge and experience to assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program that will help you reach your personal goals, whether it is weight loss, exercise performance or improved wellness. Our Personal Training Packages start at a minimum of 3 sessions. 3 Sessions - $150 This option includes 3 one hour sessions with a certified trainer, including an initial consultation to determine your individual fitness goals, one personal program design and one on one exercise demonstration and supervision with 2 follow-up sessions. 5 Sessions - $225 This option includes 5 one hour sessions with a certified trainer, including an initial consultation to determine your individual fitness goals, one personal program design and one on one exercise demonstration and supervision with 4 follow-up sessions. It also includes your choice of ONE of the following: A) Body Composition Assessment B) Cardiovascular Assessment C) Strength Assessment 10 Sessions - $400 This option includes 10 one hour sessions with a certified trainer, including an initial consultation to determine your individual fitness goals, two separate personal program designs and one on one exercise demonstration and supervision with 8 individual follow-up sessions. 14

2 It also includes your choice of TWO of the following: A) Body Composition Assessment B) Cardiovascular Assessment C) Strength Assessment 20 Sessions - $715 This option includes 20 one hour sessions with a certified trainer, including an initial consultation to determine your individual fitness goals, four separate personal program designs and one on one exercise demonstration and supervision with 16 individual follow-up sessions. It also includes ALL of the following: A) Body Composition Assessment B) Cardiovascular Assessment C) Strength Assessment The Refresher - $45 This option is available to existing personal training clients only. It includes a one-hour session with your current trainer to update your program and get you going again. Group Training - **NEW** Know a few people who share the same fitness goals? We now offer small group training for groups of 2 4 individuals who are at similar fitness levels. Each session is unique. Assessments Body Mass Assessment - $30 An assessment of your body composition. Fitness Assessment - $60 An assessment of your body composition, cardiovascular endurance and strength will allow you to make educated decisions in determining your desired fitness goals based on your current fitness level. Assessments are done in accordance with the Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness & Lifestyle Approach. Fitness Assessment & Training Package - $105 Combine the benefits of a Full Fitness Assessment and a Personal Consultation to help you achieve your optimal fitness goals.
