13 Background Two tabletop exercises (TTX) will be provided for LHDs & hospitals to meet work plan deliverables for Participation is not mandatory TTX may be county-level or regional exercise Participation in this training does not register you for the exercise, nor does it count as exercise credit on the work plan.
14 TTX Dates & Registration Choose a date & time that work best for you! LHD exercise deadline: August 9, 2012 CRI document submission deadline to DSNS: July 15, 2012 Hospital exercise deadline: June 1, 2012 Note: After Action Reports (AAR) are due within days following the date of your exercise.

20 Kansas CHEMPACK Program Voluntary Participation Project for the forward placement Pre-Positioned nerve agent/organophosphate antidotes Increase state and local capacity Allow rapid response to nerve agent/organophosphate incidents
21 Why the CHEMPACK Program? 1.Nerve agents can cause rapid system failure. 2.Antidotes can reverse symptom if administered in a timely manner. 3.Most hospitals & pharmacies don t stockpile nerve agent antidotes. 4.CHEMPACK antidotes are packed to be rapidly administered.
