6 Our Products FITLIGHT Trainer The FITLIGHT Trainer system is comprised of 8 RGB LED lights that are controlled by a tablet. The lights are used as targets for the user to deactivate as per their training routine. They can be deactivated by use of the hands, feet, or equipment, either through full contact or proximity. Various measurements are then recorded for immediate feedback with reference to the users performance, or can be downloaded for future analysis.
