1 CPH APPENDIX 1: CPH REVISION CONTROL REGISTER Introduction This Register lists the current versions of the CPH and Appendices in order to ensure the most up to date information is available. The Register will be maintained by the SHETL Project Environmental Management Team. Control Register Appendix CPH 3 Apr 2011 Rev 3 Forestry CPH brought into CPH as Appendix 30 with reference changed in S accordingly. Forestry summary added to S.1.3 Forestry Wayleave Design Plans added as Appendix 31 with references changed in main text accordingly. Access tracks removal and restoration summary added to S.1.3. S text revised to include approved by Scottish Ministers. S added to included Condition 8(8). S.4.5 GEPP removed and all references to GEPP removed. S.4.6 new GEMP 1 added to list (formally GEPP). S.11.2 additional text added regarding PWS risk assessment Minor grammatical improvements to various sections Text added to S.6.1 stating habitat translation table added to Appendix 9. 2 August 2010 Rev 2 Contractually relevant text revised to reflect Contract procedures.
