Each residence features modern amenities, and clients have the chance to recover at a haven among the rolling hills and stunning forests of rural western Pennsylvania. 8 9

7 Residential Treatment Our 1:4 staff-to-client ratio allows our residential programming to focus on the individual and their work with their therapist, while at the same time creating a sense of community and camaraderie. Clients at Silvermist develop a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan with their primary therapist. The entire treatment experience at Silvermist focuses on helping each person achieve their treatment plan goals and set the foundation for long-term, stable recovery. Clients in the residential program will enjoy morning meditation before participating in a community meeting. Other activities throughout the day include process groups, psycho-education, experiential groups, recreation time and journaling. Silvermist s executive chefs provide breakfast, lunch and dinner in the residences fully equipped kitchens and can accommodate all dietary restrictions. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Silvermist offers an on-site partial hospitalization program that provides a moderate level of structure to help clients build confidence in their sobriety while they continue to learn how to cope with life s challenges without substance use. PHP clients meet with their therapists for a minimum of two 30-minute sessions per week and typically reside on-site in our luxurious log cabin. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Clients may transition into the IOP toward the end of their treatment stay at Silvermist. The intensive outpatient program continues to provide sound evidence-based treatment while shifting the focus toward creating an individualized discharge plan that gives alumni the best opportunity for a life of recovery
