Be understanding and kind Stigma varies from culture to culture Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, it is not my fault There is still a need to raise awareness Don't hesitate to speak about mentally illness There are a lot of culturally related assumptions about mental health and illness Mental health is important and shouldn't be ignored.
