4 4 GROUP OF PEOPLE who help each other exchange, share ideas, experiences, resources for employment... provide and receive to group according to their situations or personal characteristics SHARE OBJECTIVES Improve their employment status Create support networks for insertion ESTABLISH TRUST RELATIONSHIPS emotional support, but not dependency group cohesion commit between them and enhances their trust and confidence. 4

6 6 Activities Job club or job search spaces CYBER CLASSROOM Workshops, breakfast... Visits and tours of companies, Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT), local employment resources... Coaching sessions: What do you want? How can you? What do you lack? What do you expect? Internet Forum for search, new technologies workshops Support efforts between participants Job Antennas Share job vacancies Search vacancies another participant from your CV and the knowledge you have of that person. 6

8 8 Some Ideas Film Forum with films dealing with employment and unemployment ( The Pursuit of Happiness...) Spaces are known by other things: participation in associative life Red Cross Spaces or barter dynamics: time, resources, skills useful for employment, MARKET. Theatre, Art, Mediation, Chi Kung for employment Provide information they receive and do not use but others may be interested (about courses, vacancies...).. 8

11 11 Employment Plan for vulnerable groups How we do it Identify needs that group members share individual analysis from the people and group dynamics Addressing labor issues from centers of interest raised by participants Discuss with the group that is gained and what is lost as part of an employment network that incorporates the individualized search process group component. Making what volunteering can offer with what people need

12 12 What kind of volunteers need the project? people with life and work experiences with communication skills which give strength, are engines for participants who knows Make a living! and transmit it capacity of empathy In other similar experiences early retirement or retired people, housewives with life journey, have fitted very well in the projects

13 13 OTHER PROJECTS P.C.P.I. (I.P.Q.P.) Initial Professional Qualification Programmes These programs have excellent results avoiding dropout and getting the student reentering the education system or the labor market. Currently are taught P.C.P.I. Informatics, Commerce and Office. These programs are young people between 15 and 20 who have failed conventional teaching, applying specialized education, with a more practical focus to work.

14 14 TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT COURSES AND WORKSHOPS: SOCIAL SKILLS WORK ORIENTATION SPECIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING WITH OLDER CHILDREN AND YOUTH, DISABILITY, WATER SAFETY FIRST AID SPECIALIZED CARE FOR ALZHEIMER PATIENTS PARTNER HEALTHCARE AT HOME

Social Intervention and Inclusion, Promoting the improvement of living conditions of people suffering and / or at risk of social difficulty. Environmental education and Sustainability, Educating in values and habits promoting respect towards our environment.promoting sustainable development, the conservation and the improvement of our environment Education for Development and International Cooperation, Activities to discover the different realities and problems of people all throughout the world, their causes and consequences, and always from a Human Rights approach.
