12 TAPISAR 2018 GUIDELINES FOR PAPER AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS THEME FOR THE PRESENTATION SHOULD BE RELATED TO INFERTILITY/ GYNAECOLOGY/ENDOSCOPY Information regarding submission of abstract: A 250 word abstract / summary of the presentation (include title / introduction / method / findings / implications) 3-5 keywords pertaining to the presentation The abstract should describe an original scientific work and each author whose paper is accepted for presentation must certify in writing that the paper is original. Authors whose abstract is accepted will have to send a manuscript of the paper The manuscript should not exceed 5000 words and can include illustrations, charts and tables Registration for conference is a prerequisite for presentation Last date for submission of abstract is 1st November 2018 Abstract should be submitted along with duly filled up form by post to the conference secretariat A copy of abstract must be sent by mail to tapisar2018@gmail.com The organizing committee reserves the right for accepting / rejecting any paper of poster without assigning any reason thereof The conference committee reserves the right to publish all papers presented at the conference Information for PAPER presentation: Presenters must arrive 10 minutes prior to the session start time Papers are to be presented in the order listed in the program Each session is comprised of 10 minute paper presentation ( 7 minute presentation and 3 minute discussion) Presenters are requested to adhere to the time limit A session facilitator will be present to monitor each session and ensure presenters stay on schedule Information for POSTER presentation: The conference poster session will be held on the noon of November 25th Posters should be installed an hour preceding the poster noon During the poster session authors will have a chance to present their work and receive feedback from the people viewing their poster Your poster should be presented in a way that can be displayed on boards that are 84 cm wide and 120 cm high Presenters should bring their own materials to fix their posters to the boards (e.g. pins, tape, Velcro etc) Text must be easily readable at a distance of 1.5 m If you require any further information, please send an to tapisar2018@gmail.com or call
