2 Dear Friends, We are pleased to announce that the 13th Congress of Polish Society of Experimental and Clinical Immunology will be held in Krakow on May, We have a great pleasure to invite both scientists and clinicians involved in the research on diseases of immune system to this meeting. Outstanding international and Polish scientists will take part in plenary sessions, poster sessions as well as workshops. We expect that their presence will result in a spirited and exciting scientific exchange. In our programme we address numerous issues concerning both theoretical and clinical fields of research in immunology. One of the main tasks of the Congress will be presentation of the recent progress in the immune intervention in different areas of medicine. We also hope that you will enjoy your stay in our city. 6 Abstracts Venue Papers Abstracts sent by on-line registration as an attachment (reference Abstracts ) will be qualified by the decision of Organizing Committee and Chairmen s to specified session as a poster or oral presentation. Final decision will be sent to the presenting author by . Abstracts will be published in CEJI. The condition of publishing is participation in the Congress and payment of registration fee. Abstract Preparation Instructions: - exclusively in English - not longer than 250 words - beginning with the title in capital letters - the author(s) name(s); underlining the presenting author s name - affiliation(s) and addresses - abstract format: A4 (21.0 cm x 29.7cm), 3.0 cm top/down and 3.0 cm left/right margins - using Times New Roman type (title 14 pt. bold, Authors 11 pt. bold, affiliation 9 pt., main text 11 pt. typed single-spaced throughout). Publication Organizing Committee provides a possibility of printing in CEJI full text papers selected by the Scientific Committee. Lazarza Street Krakow, Poland Language Language of the Congress is English all abstracts, full text papers, slides of oral presentation and posters have to be written in English. English is also a language for presentations during plenary sessions with foreign guests. Other sessions will be given in Polish. Posters Posters will be presented in a designated area of the Conference Center. The usable surface on the poster board will be 90 cm width x 200 cm height (approx. 36 x 80 inches). XIII Congress of Polish Society of Experimental and Clinical Immunology Conference Programme Wednesday, May 14, Registration (address: 16 Św. Łazarza Street) Programme Title of bank transfer must include participant s name and a footnote immuno. Bank transfers without such information will remain unrecognizable. Participants will be notified about their attendance in Congress, hotel reservation and other ordered service not later than (but only if all payments are made). All cancellations (attendance at the Congress, hotel reservation, any other ordered service) should be made via , fax or regular mail before March 31, 2008 and sent to the address of the Organizing Office, indicating the bank account for money refund. Refund will be diminished by 15 EURO/1 participant as a handling charge.
